I like having the impeller verses an agitator. Unfortunately, it is a very noisy machine.

This is the prefect size for me and it works great.

Washer does everything I needed it to do . The finish and quality is really nice and it does offer a variety of cycles. My only complaint is it's a bit more noisy than my previous washer and the lid isn't soft close which I miss ....otherwise its a nice machine

Very modern washer can hold a large load but will rock when on spinning cycle and doesn't always rinse well unless choose another second rinse cycle I will be calling the warranty department. other than that it's good glad to have a running washer once again

Large capacity. I am not sure when the center agitator became obsolete since I don’t buy these often but I love it. It is quiet. I don’t even know it’s on until it sounds but even then I think it’s quiet. I feel confident with the GE logo that it will hold up too

Purchased as an open box item, in great shape, no issues mechanically or aesthetically, works as it should. This is new tech for me as I've had the old school pull dial/no locking lid washing machine for 18 yrs plus...washer finally bonked so I bought this one. I'm not used to the water being so low, but being an HE appliance, the water usage is low for a reason. Surprisingly the clothes come out clean even though they aren't in a pool of water. There is an option to have a full tub of water, but that defeats the purpose of buying an HE appliance. The only issue I have is the interesting noise it makes during a wash cycle. It sounds like a muffled duck going back and forth at about 40 bpm. Luckily I can close off the laundry room where it doesn't add to the ambiance, but I would worry if it's in an opened space. Overall, as long as the clothes come out clean, then I'm a happy bean.

The machine was easy to set up, easy to use, and works as expected.

Due to the limited amount of time we have owned and used this product, I am unable to give it a 5-star rating at this time. Based on what we have experienced, the product’s capacity holds a lot of clothes (at least 14 pairs of jeans) and has great wash cycle options. The product is not loud and does a great job cleaning. So far, we are pleased.

Works great! Not the biggest, but big enough for a regular sized family. Love saving money and getting name brand quality machines from Best Buy outlet. Plus, you do have the 1 year factory warranty if you register it with the factory.

I was worried when I didn't see an agitator... thought it had been lost in shipment... but it doesn't have one! I've only washed small loads but it seems to get clothes really clean.. I tossed in a white T-shirt I'd been doing lawn work in... was going to throw it away, but tossed it in... and it came out clean! I guess this thing works!

Really good washer. I love all the settings. It cleans the my clothes quickly.

A little noisy but not too bad, wash cycle seems long clothes are clean, sometimes clothes are waded up in bottom like sheets encapsulated the rest of washing so far it works all right.

I wanted an energy efficient washer without the newer touchpad buttons. The size is good enough for my family of 5 as getting too large of a wash load does not dry efficiently.

After a failed attempts on purchasing a previous washer that had multiple issues with the motherboard, we decided to purchase this washer and it has been great! No need for Wi-Fi or digital washers!

Washer handles big loads and bedspreads, but Clothes sometimes come out not even wet. Would not recommend this washer. I will only buy washers with agitation from now on

The clothes go in dirty and come out clean. What more do you want in a washer. Gives you clear options for the cycles.

This is a great entry level washer, and we like that it does not have an agitator in the middle so we can get in clothes more easily.
