I love them and am glad I chose these. However.....I was not told I could purchase a pedestal for each at the time of purchase. I certainly would have gotten them because its very difficult to reach clothes to remove. I only found out about the pedestals a short while ago and now it is too late to purchase.

Sometimes I feel like my clothes do not get completely wet...is the spin cycle that good? For it spins the water completely out in some areas...???

Motherboard and wiring issues

Q year and 3 days after purchase, they door lock mechanism faolsd and i had laundry stuck in there for 3 days. Finally rwcieved and installed the new lcok. A week later it started doing it again. Switch the swing on the door since it was a different set of wires and all was fine for about 3 weeks. Now the motherboard is bad. Spent $1000 for a paperweight and now am having to purchase a new set less than a year and a half later. Absolutely terrible!

All my clothes come out nice and clean and the spin cycle takes out most moisture so very little drying time. Very quite.

Its motor sustains very high speed spins. Spin basket stabilization mechanism is much better than top-load models. The rinse/spin algorithm seems to be able to counter-balance in transition to high speed spin. Strongly recommend to upgrade plastic front door to Gorilla Glass, with optional giant screen protector for purchase.

Everything from delivery, setup and first few washes have been perfect. I will update you again in a few weeks. I really like the Ultra Fresh Vent System so far. It comes on for a few minutes after every wash to vent the washer. My old Maytag really had a bad odor and I was constantly having to use an air freshener to kill the smell. I will keep you posted.
