I was optimistic about the amount of research that went into this machine. The 3M anti -microbial seals really work. I paid more than I wanted on a new washer, but the price is worth not having to wash a loads twice because of the funky mildew smell or the endless cleaning. Very efficient. Has quick cycle that is 25 min. Use for light soil and clothes are as clean as the 55 min cycle of the old front load. No SMELLS! My towels do NOT have the front load musty smell anymore. Easy to clean, very quiet. Getting it here was the hardest part. We have only had it for 2 months Hands down best washer I’ve owned so far Will try to update after 6M

So far so good. Bought the previous GE model which sucked and had issues from day one. Geek Squad tried to repair but never seemed to get right. The previous Model never seemed to fill with enough water or wash the clothes, had leaks and a myriad of other issues. This new model has seemed to account for the previous modes lack of water with a much needed feature of get this-a “more water” button! Imagine that adding water with the clothes actually washes them. This model seems to actually wash clothes a bit better than the old model with using the add water feature but still sucks compared to a top loader. If you are on the fence and your laundry room setup allows buy a top loader. Unfortunately a front loader is our only option. Front loaders suck and don’t work as well. I’d also like to give Best Buy in store associates and management a big shout out for doing what was right and replacing the old washer under warranty. Geek Squad gets a F in my book for many reasons, #1 not fixing the unit right the first 2 times, #2 basically telling me to get lost when asking them make it right, #3 telling me they were going to come repair it again to all of the sudden pulling a 180 and reversing course and telling me buy a new washer if I didn’t like it.

I have only had this for 2 weeks, but I am in love. This is the best washer I have ever owned. Quiet, efficient, I love the notifications that the laundry is done. I am very happy. Delivery was seamless and the guys had to carry it up narrow stairs in a very old house. They leveled it and hooked it up, so worth the extra charge. I am very happy.

Amazing washer! Love how easy it is to use, the microban lining throughout gives me a little more peace of mind when it comes to the cleaning and maintenance of my washer. I pride myself on cleaning the mold from my washers (in the past), so this feature was huge for me! It’s quiet when it’s running. Definitely have recommended this to friends and family!

We have only owned this washer for 3 weeks and we bought it primarily for the venting feature, which seems to work very well. The washer is very good at removing water from the clothes during the spin cycle. The only negative is that the tinting on the door actually makes it difficult to see through.

Love the large capacity and the vent system! Easy to work and use!

Replaced our 17 year old top loading Kenmore set with this and a matching dryer. We were hesitant of some other brands since family members had them and electronics would periodically go out. Did our research and went with GE. Much quieter and less water use than we were experiencing before, but more importantly our clothes are getting cleaner! With four kids we send quiet a few loads through per week and this set makes it (almost) a joy to do laundry!

“LEVI” encouraged me and my wife for a GE washer that we would use to our benefit and to guests as well, not too big not too small. Also, modern features that we would need to use in order for easier maintenance for longer and lasting life. Thank you

We purchased the GE washer a few years ago, and we continue to be happy with our choice. This machine is a perfect blend of advanced technology and reliability. The wash cycles are versatile and effective, handling everything from delicates to heavily soiled items with ease. The deep clean cycle is particularly impressive. If you’re looking for a dependable washer with modern features, GE is a fantastic choice. I highly recommend it to anyone!

Overall the washing machine is pretty good but I feel it has one fatal flaw. Basically, getting access to the pump filter to find lost objects or just clean it out weakens the seal on the gasket and eventually it will fail, causing your washer to just leak out water into your laundry room. To replace this gasket, you have to pay about $80 because they don’t sell you just the gasket, you have to replace the entire mechanism. Now I don’t even open that thing anymore to clean it because I don’t want to regularly spend $80 to replace a faulty seal. I’ve had the washing machine for about two years now. And this leaking problem started maybe 1.5 year in.

Love how quiet this is. Happy with the cleanliness of the clothes. Easy to understand features. Have had this machine a couple of weeks. So far so good.

The product met our needs after our existing washer had issues with moisture and odors. We knew what we wanted when we came in and we had specific questions. Sales person assured us that are whirlpool pedestal would be compatible with GE. Delivery was delayed, but when they came out, the installer said that pedestal was not compatible and while taking away our washer they did not leave the pedestal due lack of tools. We now have a dryer on the pedestal but a washer that is not and misaligned. That being said product works well and no issues to date.

It’s been a beautiful experience to have such a nice washer that’s so efficient and quiet. Like all front loads, the door seal does require frequent cleaning but is not a deterrent.

We purchased the stackable washer and dryer from the store. The sales associate was really great! We had the set delivered and set up. It was a tight fit and I should have measured but the delivery guys got them in. They did accidently scratch the washer detergent drawer and they tried their best not too. We called customer service and they were great. We love the machines. the setting dial an the doors seems a little light and feel like they could break easily but I think that is for everything on the market now. I have to say, we really like our set. Not super loud, doesn't shake the house like our old ones did. The washer always smell great now that we have the fresh vent system and the wash seems to take half the time. my kiddo likes the wifi because the machine will tell our phones when the wash an dryer are done.

Happy with this machine. Bought as a scratch-n-dent replacement for the LG machine we had. This unit has a better track record by the reviews and looking to get a nice long life from it. Easy DIY install as a direct replacement of the other one. Heavy! 250+ lbs.

I would recommend this washer. I love the big door which makes it easier to load and unload. There are many options for different cycles. I especially like the extra rinse feature. The big advantage is that it is large enough for bedspreads and blankets.
