    A++ one of the best AC I have ever purchased. Especially the heater part and really easy to set up A+++, was shipped in a well taken care box. Thanks, best buy .A++++

    The window kit has everything need. Works great. Only issue is the remote, it's a little different, but i usually use my cell.
