I love my washer but I’ve only had it about 1 month and I am having issues with the automatic soap dispenser, it’s not releasing detergent. This whole time I thought my clothes was clean but it wasn’t . I need to have it serviced already which is crazy . Other than than the machine itself is beautiful, very quiet , and hold a lot of clothes and had many options for cycles . I just hate that the automatic dispenser does not work

I like my washer but I can never get it to let me use the more water option which confuses me. Other than that it works good.

Great machine we use it several times a week and haven’t had any issues it works like a champ.

Great washer thus far. I do about 4-5 medium to large loads on average 2x a week and have not had any issues. One thing I will point out though is the UltraVent option has to be turned on and it lasts about 8 hours, which was not explained to me when I bought it. It also only obviously vents the drum, the area where the liquid detergent goes will remain wet and you need to clean that up on your own.

It has lights I like that. It is working very well.

No complaints. Works very well. It isn't super loud, and it gets the stains out very well.

We love our new washer. It has great capacity, I can wash my late comforters with no issues. The washer is quiet, and has all the features including WiFi connectivity to the matching dryer.

Extremely happy with this washer. It spins the clothes so well, they almost feel dry already. It cleans very well, and has been put to the test... Considering the price difference between what a basic washer cost now, it's worth the couple hundred extra for the upgrade, and all the money you will save drying clothes. I will never go back to a top loader again.

This is a very nice washer. I especially like the fact that it can be filled with enough detergent to last for multiple loads and it measures automatically based on the size of the load. It can also send alerts to my phone to remind me when it's finished.

Great washing machine. Some parts are discontinued if they need replacing. So buy at your own risk. Either way still love this machine

Very happy with this washer! We were looking for a front loader that wouldn’t get moldy and I’m hoping this is it! Seems really promising! It has a really large capacity and cleans well. I LOVE the automatic detergent dispenser! It seems like a little thing, but it’s such a nice luxury! We love it!

Does a much better job than my previous top loader in terms of cleaning but especially spinning (the clothes come out much dryer vs the top loader). Love the smart dispense feature, really makes laundry two clicks other than selecting the cycle. This is a top loader so it does spin faster than a top load and as a result does virbate more. My laundry is on the seond floor and this unit did cause notable vibration and sound down to the first floor, but this was easuly solved by putting anti virbration pads underneath each of the legs; now its not noticable on the 1st floor.

This washing machine is exactly what I wanted. Not only is it stylish, it is also functional. The spin cycle is awesome and practically dries my clothes. I was really pleased with how well my towels and heavy clothes came out. There're also a good number of washing selections to choose from.
