Great washer thus far. I do about 4-5 medium to large loads on average 2x a week and have not had any issues. One thing I will point out though is the UltraVent option has to be turned on and it lasts about 8 hours, which was not explained to me when I bought it. It also only obviously vents the drum, the area where the liquid detergent goes will remain wet and you need to clean that up on your own.

We love this washer. It’s quiet and does a great job.

Great washing machine. Some parts are discontinued if they need replacing. So buy at your own risk. Either way still love this machine

We love our new washer. It has great capacity, I can wash my late comforters with no issues. The washer is quiet, and has all the features including WiFi connectivity to the matching dryer.

This washing machine is exactly what I wanted. Not only is it stylish, it is also functional. The spin cycle is awesome and practically dries my clothes. I was really pleased with how well my towels and heavy clothes came out. There're also a good number of washing selections to choose from.

Love the size of this washer. And the fact that you can hook it up to the dryer and it tells a dryer.What kind of setting it needs

Extremely happy with this washer. It spins the clothes so well, they almost feel dry already. It cleans very well, and has been put to the test... Considering the price difference between what a basic washer cost now, it's worth the couple hundred extra for the upgrade, and all the money you will save drying clothes. I will never go back to a top loader again.

I like my washer but I can never get it to let me use the more water option which confuses me. Other than that it works good.

I absolutely love this machine! We purchased this for our new home. The capacity is huge, and I can finally wash large items like our king-size comforter and dog blankets without issues. The clothes come out much cleaner and smelling fresh compared to my old washer. It is also incredibly quiet during the wash and spin cycles, which is a major plus since my laundry room is next to our bedroom. Extremely satisfied with this purchase.

The GE is good looking, quiet, good design, easy use, and best buy always gives me good service.

Very happy with this washer! We were looking for a front loader that wouldn’t get moldy and I’m hoping this is it! Seems really promising! It has a really large capacity and cleans well. I LOVE the automatic detergent dispenser! It seems like a little thing, but it’s such a nice luxury! We love it!

So far I love my new washer. It's WiFi capable and I didn't realize it. Glad that it is. It's been helpful. The machine itself has been great.

This wash machine spins so good that we literally question whether we started the wash! Totally makes drying time so much faster. Super impressed for the price they are.

Does a much better job than my previous top loader in terms of cleaning but especially spinning (the clothes come out much dryer vs the top loader). Love the smart dispense feature, really makes laundry two clicks other than selecting the cycle. This is a top loader so it does spin faster than a top load and as a result does virbate more. My laundry is on the seond floor and this unit did cause notable vibration and sound down to the first floor, but this was easuly solved by putting anti virbration pads underneath each of the legs; now its not noticable on the 1st floor.

We previously had a Samsung washer, and that one wasn’t balanced! So it was really frustrating! HOWEVER, this LG is worth every penny!!!! We love it!

It works; however, when not using, you have to unplug it. It makes random sounds as if clothes are being washed. It's not normal and i called to get fix but when GE person checked, they gave me some words but did not fix.
