Great unit. Cools the entire top floor of my house. It's very quiet compared to my old unit. Just wish the vent hose was longer.

It cools excellent even on the outdoor. Very easy to operate and the outgoing heat pipe locks well.

Cools my living room extremely well. Is kinda loud but not to the point where its a deal breaker. No issues so far.

This AC was easy to set up and has been a lifesaver for us this summer. We are using it to cool down a large open floor plan area (DR/LR/kitchen). It is larger than the recommended area yet still cools it down quickly. It can be a little noisy but overall, very happy with this purchase.

the air is cold, but did not reach even 75 F, on a small room, it stay on 89 even when the Ac was program to 69 F, Also I had a broken Ac, but am sure if you use it somewhere where is not so cold, you will enjoy the results, Dont get me wrong its a good product

The AC is easy to install but the noise level is more than I would expect. I contacted GE and was told that there is no part and I have to send it back to GE, but all I want is ask technician to come and take a look.

Powerful portable a/c unit! Had a Hisense before this one and the Hisense was a joke! This G.E. unit is a beast. Noise level is okay, but that is to be expected with a stronger unit. Both summers my room has been kept FREEZING cold with this unit. A must buy!

The air conditioner works well but it doesn't give an option to have it run continuously. It automatically goes on and off according to the thermostat. For us, having an AC that is on all the time (it's part of two units that cool our house) would be preferred.

The wife and I got this to replace out old portable AC unit. It works extremely well and we have had no issues with it. It is powerful, cools down our living room on very hot days quite quickly and is surprisingly very quiet. Sometimes it works too well and makes the room cold even on really hot and sticky upstate ny days so we have to turn it to low. Overall we are very happy with it.

Wish it was tad bit quieter but works amazingly. Kept the while 1st floor cool.

Extremely powerful. In comparison to other portable ac’s with the same specs. It covers a 25x25 room and keeps the room between 62 and 64 even though the lowest temp is 64 on the ac. This is the best portable ac I’ve ever used. Just as good as a window ac and you get the same temp no matter how hot it is outside and you can use it even when it’s raining.

Works okay, but is power hungry. It uses a lot of amps, and there is better AC units with newer tech if you do some homework on it. Get one with a inverter compressor which draws less amps and is more quiet. Also get one with a dual hose that brings air in from outside and expells the hot air out the other hose/tube. It's much more efficient and won't turn your room into a vacuum and be fighting itself as it tries to cool like most portable AC units including this one. I returned it and went with a Midea that had the features I mentioned, but Whynter also makes a good one with those features.

Good product, please, my needs, I recommend it 100%, it's worth it

I was a bit skeptical that a portable AC would be sufficient for my living room and kitchen, however this AC did surprise me. My house was always hotter and more humid than it was outside, especially if we're cooking. Now with this AC my house stays nice and cool, especially since it doubles as a dehumidifier. At times it even gets too cold!

Easy setup, great having remote as well. Very happy with product.

This works really good considering we were using it in a room about double the size they say it works for. We live in Alaska and only use it about a month out of the year. It brings the temperature in the room down to a reasonable temperature. The remote is also very handy.
