Nothin' but good things to say about this range. Cooked a lot of tasty things already. Can not wait for our huge family get together at Easter...

I bought this oven for two reasons: double oven and 5th burner/griddle feature. I knew I would be sacrificing oven size with this model in order to have a second oven but after after trial and error with my bake ware, it was a non issue. With the size being smaller if you have two items in the same oven, and one dish is touching the oven wall, the edge of the food will burn slightly. So keep it away from oven wall. You just have to plan better what item goes where based on size of bake ware. We roasted a 13 pound turkey, baked two casseroles and roasted potatoes simultaneously with no problems. I have also used it for baking cookies and roasting chicken, using standard baking and convection features. I have found the ovens do bake faster (standard baking mode) so set the timer to bake a few minutes less from cooking instructions. The convection roasting feature works very well - no drying out of meat, cooks evenly as it is supposed to. In convection mode: it does adjust the temp down by 25 degrees so if you are looking for it to worker faster, then set the temp higher by 25. The 5th burner came with a griddle plate which I use often and love. Have cooked grilled cheese sandwiches, eggs, pancakes on it, and used as a warmer. Works very well, just remember to center items as the oval burner underneath of course is not as large as the griddle on top. All burner plates are dishwasher proof! Love that. The dashboard is easy to use, intuitive. Some have complained about timer being too soft to hear but I didn't experience that. However, if you are on another level of the house, it might be difficult to hear. Also, when you first get the oven, per delivery man instructions: set the ovens to bake at 350 or 400 for 30 minutes to burn off smell. I found it took longer and a few uses before that smell dissipated. Overall, did not disappoint. I have not used the self cleaning/steam feature yet so I cannot attest to that.

The slate color is beautiful, goes with every color in my kitchen, from stainless to clay tile floor to black appliances. A bit hard to program clock, pushing two buttons at once... took several tries to get both buttons to respond together. Back console with oven controls a little wobbly, I support it with other hand behind while pushing buttons. Burners don't have much fine adjustment on lower flame. All but smallest burners are a bit too big for regular size sauce pan. But all that is just picky details... I love love love my new stove with it's fabulous double ovens!

I am very pleased with this oven. I like the 17,000 btu burner. It boils a 10qt pot of water in a few minutes compared to 10 or so minutes with our last stove. I like the 3 different timers, one for each oven and one general timer. The looks of this stove remind me of a higher-end stove, and while the "looks" are less important than how it cooks, it's a nice bonus feature. Looking forward to putting the stove through the paces at Thanksgiving in a week.

Bought this stove right before the Thanksgiving holiday and were we glad. Being able to cook items in the upper oven while roasting the turkey in the lower oven at a different temp made the day so much easier. The stove cleans up easily and looks good with the mix of stainless steel and dark gray.

We LOVE our new stove and double oven! Wish the timer buzzer was louder though, but that is our ONLY complaint!!

The range is all black and looks amazing in my kitchen. The lower oven is definitely large enough for the Thanksgiving turkey; the upper oven is perfect for roast potatoes or vegetables, pizza, cookie sheets and even pies. Thé center oval burner has a griddle top that will be perfect for burgers, pancakes, etc. I love the looks of this range and I’m very happy with its performance. Controls are intuitive and the stove appears to be sturdy. The only problem is that shortly after the delivery men left, I noticed a piece of gasket had dropped down between the two pieces of glass in the lower oven. Best Buy was very helpful...I suggested just trading out the door but B.B. preferred to replace the whole range. They advised me to use the stove and ovens until my new one arrives in about a week. Great customer service from B.B. and this range would rate 5-stars if thé errant gasket hadn’t appeared.

I saw some negative reviews, but most of the reviews were good. So I decided to go to BEST BUYS to checked it out for myself. I like the way it looked, it felt solid and strong. I like the fact that upper oven was roomy and bigger than some of the other dual oven ranges. The other ones were small and only room enough to bake cookies. I'm just mad that I didn't wait long enough to get it for the sale price they have now. I bought mine for $1529.99. GRRRR!! But we really needed a stove, couldn't wait twittering my fingers hoping the prices would go down, WHICH IT DID!! Oh well, I'm just happy, so far It works great, we have no problems with the range top or the top and lower oven to bake our meat and fish. I recently bake chocolate and peanut butter cookies. { the first batch I had to get used to the oven, but after words, the rest came out perfect. } So I LaaViitt!!! .....

Our family really needed a double oven and this one really hit a home run. It is very easy to use, and even has a feature to tell you exactly what the temperature is while it is preheating... so no guessing how long it will take. I would buy it again in a heartbeat!

Got the stove right before Christmas and the double oven was great. the controls are easy to use. Tried baking cookies one set in the regular oven and the other in the convection and really dint see a differenc

This stove Cooks evenly...bakes perfectly...cleans easily and is just beautiful to look at. We got your is slate with the refrigerator and we had the dishwasher and the microwave too...Love it.

We fell in love with this range as soon as we saw it. We were converting our house to gas and needed a new range and matching microwave. Our other appliances are stainless steel, and while we quite like this finish, we are not 100% sold on it. The slate finish with stainless handles on these appliances fit in beautifully. The double oven gives maximum flexibility and the selection of burners and the griddle means we can cope with cooking scenario you could imagine.

Absolutely love this double oven!! Easy to clean and the griddle is perfect. We use it on a daily basis.

a little disappointed in quality of control panel, and the steam clean option doesn't do much.

I love the double ovens and it takes up the same space as a regular oven. The only downside was than some of the metal edges were snapped into place when they built it and I had to take a rubber mallet to fix it.

Easy to use and to clean.....middle grill a plus. It fits our kitchen perfectly.

Excellent stove , easy to clean. We cook on this stove every day practically. I clean it often depending on how dirty it gets. If you keep cleaning the stove top often , it looks new every time! It cooks well, the burners are great. The convection oven works great, not the best but for the price it works as it should
