    Great price on a Plain Jane dryer which we hoped would work out well. However, after 4 weeks the first dryer started squeaking horribly. Best Buy was great and replaced it. The new one started squeaking just as bad after only 2 weeks! We had no complaints with the washer except that it drained all water out if you had the lid open too long or switched modes. But we wanted our W&D to match, and Best Buy was fantastic and let us return both the washer and dryer even though we had had the washer longer than 30 days.

    I used dryer three times and it broke- would not stay on. I had owned it for two weeks. Repairman came- not one problem but two- needed new parts. I think that is outrageous on a new GE appliance. I own GE profile microwave, dishwasher, stove and a regular GE fridge. I am a good loyal customer, I will not be buying anything else by GE, ever.
