Items can be difficult to dry. Auto dry does not detect moisture correctly. I've had to use timed dry to dry wet items.

We purchased this washer and dryer set and both were absolutely awful right out of the box. The washer will not complete a spin cycle and the dryer squeaks and doesn't dry the clothes all the way. Best Buy is doing nothing to help us. I will never purchase another appliance from this awful company.

broken twice and the parts are discontinued. I would never buy a GE appliance again -- you shouldn't either.

Amazing dryer but it broke after only Using it for about a year :( just turns itself off ! So frustrating!

We had this for less than 2 years. First, it was so loud because of the cheap material used for the drum rollers. Then, we started having electrical issues where it wouldn't power up, or it would power up but not run. Now it won't heat. It ended up the motherboard was bad and the electric current fried the wire to the heating element. I called GE to get help and because it was out of warranty they refused to even send us someone to look at it. Basically said "Tough Luck!". I will never buy a GE product again. I'm going back to LG.
