We have only had our new dryer for a couple of months but, I really like it. It is easy to use and our cloths come out dry and wrinkle free. I didn't want a dryer with all those big bells and whistles. Just one that is simple and will get the job done.

We purchased this as an "open box" item along with a 5-year extended-warranty. We've had it now for about 1 month, and it works very well. Time will tell, the dryer it replaced was 56 years old, if this one last the 5 years of the extended-warranty we'll think we did pretty well.

Wirecutter said this was the best dryer, so we bought it, and it dries clothes just fine. It does seem to me to run a lot more quietly than other dryers we've had. The hinges are on the side of the door, not the bottom, but I notice you can change them to either side.

Although we were replacing a GE dryer that was only 5 years old, we still opted for another GE. It normally works as it should. Changing the direction of the door was a bit more difficult than other dryers in the past. The lint screen itself isn't bad, it's trying to clear the lint under it that is difficult. After we had it about 18 months, it suddenly stopped heating. We looked up all that we could find online, and tried all the tricks we could, but had to give up and call the Geek Squad. They had a repair person out within a couple of days. One surprise is that when he hooked up his computer, he could see all of our drying sessions, so could see our habits. He ended up having to take the entire dryer apart, pulling out the drum, to get to a tiny wire that was fried. The dryer is back to operation. So overall, the dryer works, but I definitely recommend the protection for when it goes out after the year warranty.

Very happy with the performance of this product. The employee on the floor was very knowledgeable and the sale price was too good to pass up! This large dryer can handle the constant state of laundry for my family of 6.

This GE electric dryer handles my Queen size comforter easily and is so easy to use! Love it!

Love the dryer! Not happy that Best Buy will not take back the dryer vent kit. The wrong one was sent when they installed the dryer and when I went to return it said it was past the time limit.

My dryer is perfect. My autistic grandson loves it. He sits by the dryer to wash the clothes dry through the glass door. It’s beautiful.

I moved earlier this year and wanted to replace the dryer at the home with the same one (or close, this one has slightly different buttons and might have other unnoticed changes) I had in my original home. The original worked very well and would dry reliably but the lint filter sometimes filled up very fast. When installed in the new home the installers did a terrible job and kinked the exhaust which prevented the dryer from functioning properly. I had to pay to get it reinstalled correctly. Make sure to check the install if ordered from Best Buy. I am waiting to see how it performs after the next use. I expect it to work as well as the first one, but I can't be sure until I try it.

We are very pleased with our new dryer. Its efficient and the sound quality is also nice. We're a family of five and I can say, even my husband doesn't mind washing clothes because of how well our new dryer, capacity, ease of use. We also love the benefit of speed dry it is Fantastic!

I love this dryer so far. The light comes on when you open the door. It adjusts the time to make sure everything is dry. It even tells you when to clean the lint trap. Very sharp looking too

Very good basic clothes dryer, which is what we were looking for. This unit is a replacement dryer after our previous LG failed three times with the same issue and Best Buy replaced it with a new unit under their Good Guys 5-year extended warranty 'no-lemon policy' My only complaint is that the Sensor Dry setting defaults to the Eco Dry mode which runs the dry cycle approx. 20-min longer while leaving the clothes pretty damp. However, the variety of available settings work great when you disable the Eco Dry mode. After dealing with reliability issues for our last 3 washers and dryers, I would definitely recommend purchasing the extended warranties from Best Buy.

This dryer seems to work well, however I was initially disappointed because the first one delivered did not work at all. I had to wait 2 extra weeks because Best Buy wanted to send a repair man first which, after negotiations was scheduled for a few days later. The repair man ordered another dryer which was delivered a week later.

Beautiful dryer, works great and has lots of options to choose from. Double check measurements so you know how deep it is, that was the only thing I didn’t realize until I had it in hand. But it wasn’t a deal breaker for my space.

Using the different cycle options is confusing. Dryer tends to tumble clothes into a ball leaving wet spots that need additional time to dry. Overall good machine for price.

I just bought my home and was looking at different sets and fell in love with this one! Love the way it dries our clothes. At first we didnt like the eco dry overall good dryer for a good price

I've had the dryer for almost 1 month and the "timed" function works very well. The dryer can hold alot of clothes. For some reason I thought I read that there wasn't a light in this dryer, but there is. The lint trap is easy to access and clean, but small lint balls can build up in the trap holder. I use a handheld little dust buster to clean it out. I haven't had much luck with the 'sensor" drying so I gave up on that.
