I noticed much less lint in the basket after drying. I assume this means it is gentler on our clothes. Installer did not properly level the dryer. But that was an easy fix.

Posted .We'd like to assist you with drying performance from your new dryer. The first thing we recommend is to make sure your dryer is properly level with all four leveling legs being firmly on an even stable floor space. If this doesn't help, the next step you'll want to do is check for an obstruction in the ductwork and make sure the outside wall cap or damper is operating easily. If flexible ducting is used, be sure that it is not kinked and is installed properly. It's recommended that you clean the ductwork completely at least once a year. If the issue continues, you'll want to make sure that the dryer drum is not being overloaded with laundry. Be sure to leave space for clothes tumble when loading your laundry. We appreciate the feedback about the control panel and lint filter.

Great dryer with a little bit of a learning curve

Definitely a steep learning curve for me, but once I figured out the right settings for my laundry, the clothes get nice and dry. Love the interior light and how quiet it is. The lint screen can be a little difficult to get in and out and it's really small, but so far it seems okay. I had some trouble attaching the exhaust hose because the opening seemed bigger than my last dryer, but overall it ended up being fine and works well.

Mesa Road delivery error

There are more people living on Mesa Road in Point Reyes Station than in Bolinas, and dispatcher should have read my zip code & instructions and contacted me. Like the typical human, I know where I live! I was greatly inconvenienced for almost two weeks.
