Good Value and would recommend the product to others

This Remote worked well enough but not great. It was able to change channels on the TV and Cable box and could power all the equipment on and off, and adjust the volume. It was not able to switch the input source for the Marantz receiver, however.

Apple support is great. It might take some time to get the help you need but I called them yesterday about a 10 year old iPod and they took the time to help me with it so I could resell it. It gives me confidence in the product and the company.

I love the backlit part of this remote! I only wish they had a better "back" button on it. When streaming I have to use the original remote to go "back." I would totally buy this again and again.

This universal remote was suggested to me by a salesman. Once programmed, it would only turn my DISH receiver on and off and the same with the TV, even when the device buttons were properly selected. The remote found two codes for my audio receiver that caused it to shut off when the code was found, but the remote would not perform any function at all, not even on/off. I returned the remote and purchased a Logitech Harmony 350 at the recommendation of a different salesman. It totally rocks! Easy to program on a computer too.

I spent a little more money on this thinking i'd get a quality product, it is not user friendly... i'm very disapointed, usually i like this brand but this is not a good product, if I had the packaging i'd return.

This is a good remote if you have multiple who sang such a CD stereo TV good instructions didn't run into anything that I could not figure out easy instructions sleek

I got this to change back and forth from HDMI to my Chromecast... Well, that doesn't work... but the Power and Volume buttons work. At least it keeps me from having to get up to turn the TV on or off...

Whilst I can't have this remote do EVERY function of other remotes, it does most!!! Very very happy with it, and the ability to run five different devices from this one remote.

This remote control picked up my tv number within seconds. I have had terrible experiences before when I couldn't get the new remote to recognize the tv. This was user friendly.

I usually read most comment on products I buy and from what I read and dealt with was pretty bad, I have a lg sound bar lg smart tv Apple TV vioz and this controller did not work with any of my units, I mean it can turn them on and off but that's it. The list it comes with is out dated and it was a so bad that I need it to return it back the same day I bought

Good universal remote. Only thing is it doesn't have the setup instructions for Insignia flat screen TV's with a built - in DVD player. Other than that, okay unit.

Very nice remote backlighting is great and bright. Didn't have a code for an older product did the autocode search bam worked. Lots of buttons useful for smart tv access.

Still not sure if its the remote or tv that is the issue. This was for my son who is pretty good at getting things to work and he is over it. So I guess this is a neutral rating.

We needed a new remote because the other one we dropped wasn't working. Love the universal remote. you can connect everything to it.

Very hard and time consuming to program. Couldn't get to work with a Yamaha receiver and didn't fully function with Apple TV.

My dog chewed up 2 of my controllers for the tv and blu ray. This rempte linked to all of my deviices and is now the only one i have to use. Great product!

It had easy to follow instructions, However the remote did not work on my tv.

I use it for a Samsung smart TV not all button functions work but it gets the job done

remote doesn't work with everything listed on the list. Would never register to my Dish network box.
