Thought it would be easier to set up and program. But once it's set up, works great.

Inexpensive remote. Lights up so a plus. May have to try a couple of codes to get exact match.

I can't complain - it does what it advertised to do, and it was a very reasonable price. I was hoping it would do more with my Tivo so that I wouldn't have to keep using 2 remotes, but maybe I might be able to "teach it" to do more.

This remote replaced a broken tv remote which could not be replaced through Westinghouse. After investigating on line and line chat I chose GE Universal to be our new friend. My grand daughter was able to follow the directions and set it up LOVE IT!!

Good size & feel. Buttons have good response. Easy to program. But mostly love the blue illumination of the buttons.

I really like the color of this remote. It looks classy. It works great. I like the light feature on it. I like being able pair several things to the device.

Overall I am satisfied with the remote, but it was a bit quirky to set up. Because of the placement of my satellite box, I can't control it with the remote. During setup I noticed it could operate a remote controlled quartz heater I have if I wanted it to.

I replaced a junk universal remote with this one and I can say it is much better. Especially the backlit buttons, they work GREAT! However, I couldn't give it a full 5 stars because it doesn't have all of the same functionality the original remotes had. Especially the BluRay player. It can be very cumbersome at times to search or change from one app to another with this remote because it doesn't have the same buttons as the original. But, considering the original is long gone by now, I have no choice but to get by with this one. Other than that, it works fantastic!

Works very well with both my Suddenlink cable box and the Vizeo TV. Only issue is having to press the "TV" button every time I want to change volume, then pressing "Cable" button to change channels, get program info, etc.

Remote is easy to use, fairly priced, size good. Of all choices this was good one.

Works well with all products. Signal is a little weak, so remote must be pointed directly at Roku. Good for the price.

I got this remote to replace a LG remote. Connected easily to the TV and added a Sony DVD device. Worked great. Plus easy access to streaming!
