There's not a standard that I have for a remote so I just gave this 4 stars in the event there's a feature of a remote that may be available that I'm not aware of. Overall this continues to serve its purpose. I purchased it for my dad and the ability for me to easily program his favorites was a plus. The period button they have on the remote also makes it easy to select channels like 28.3, etc. We haven't experienced any problems with setup and the manual is pretty easy to understand.

Instructions to link this remote to your current device is straight forward! Did not find any difficulties entering the codes as the instructions clearly mention the proper steps. Not bad for a universal remote, just wished it had backlit lighting for night time operation. But it's just a wish and you can easily spend upwards of $50 for extra features for a remote control. This one does it's job if your only concern is switching channels or operating your DVD/DVR player.

Very fast set up. Easy to navigate. The problem is the packaging. Too difficult to open. It took longer to open than to set it up.

It actually operates all of my devices and the most important features of those devices. Easy to program and operate.

After trying with an RCA remote which I was not able to program, this remote was easy to program and use.

We are controlling out satellite box, television, blu-ray and sound bar with this remote! It's awesome!

Got as aftermarket remote. Was easy to program for Toshiba TV. MUCH better then original remote. Sale person at Grafton had good knowledge of product

Works well. Pretty easy to set up. The back light is nice and strong.

Didn’t have to use a code for Visio tv, connected to Sony Blu Ray but would not connect to Cox mini box. Returned the remote because of that.

Easy to set up with my TV. However the "speed dial" functions do not work well if you have digital channels that have more than 3 numbers.

Bought this because it was my 3rd or 4th option. Not that great ... however, it was pretty simple to program.

Love this remote! It is a nice replacement for old one. Only wish it had a timer on it to set to automatically turn off the TV like the old one did.

There i was in the remote control section browsing the various versions of Logitech's Harmony lineup, when i looked up and saw this little guy. Right on the front it said "Support for Roku TVs." Funny, I happen to own one of those. Fantastic! But wait, there's more. Just a little further down..."Supports Samsung Sound Bars." HOT DANG (used to say something else, but apparently the language was inappropriate), I've hit the proverbial Jackpot! It actually works with everything and, unlike the Harmony remotes, doesn't need constant re-programming (this comment refers to last-gen harmony remotes. I have not tried the new hub-based versions). For only $18 you can have a remote that controls everything.

Easy to setup, works with new and old devices models. Nice keys lighting feature.
