This remote is great. I needed it for my DVD/surround system. I had trouble syncing it to my device so I called the customer support phone number. The woman I spoke with was incredible & focused on helping me resolve this issue.

I love the functionality, and the fact that it is silver so it's easier to find. The codes for TV, VCR, ROKU and cable were a snap. Now I have to find a code to turn my Yamaha receiver ON and off.

our remote control was misplaced in moving, so I went to Bestbuy to get a universal remote. I really want to get one of the Logitech Harmony remotes, but just not ready to spend that kind of money, so I grabbed this one. It has the ability to control the TV and the Roku all from one remote, so I was able to put the roku remote in the drawer...you will not believe how happy that made my wife...

Purchase this remote because it was recommended by sales associate. It was easy to program and I love that it lights up when pressed.

Good remote, easy to set up, not a bad price, however... I didn't realize it doesn't have any button that coincides with the Samsung smart hub so I had to take it back. My fault, not theirs.

Out of about seven remotes I could use for this setup (cable, TV, and amplifier, this is my favorite and the one I use every day. It is the lightest, plus it has a keyboard light, if necessary. There are a few things it will not do, like skip a day at a time when programming, or a simple one button move to access the DVR menu (needs to presses). I can live with that, because all the other inputs are easy, accurate and fast. The price was very low for what it does. Excellent battery life.

If you don't feel like spending a lot of money on a fancy universal remote, this one will do the trick! Easy to program, easy to use, without all the fancy tech and expensive price tag.

Wow, couldn't ask for anything better. It was worth how much I paid for it and recommend anyone looking for a replacement consider this one. Will buy another one if I lose another one.

We bought this remote because we had to many remotes to use. This cane in handy and replaced the 3 devices we were using. It wa easy to use and hook up

Programming was relatively easy. Battery cover is sturdy. Buttons glow, which is a plus when you're trying to find it on the couch in a dark room six episodes into a show binge.

Great remote very easy to use you can always find it and very simple design.

The instructions made it easy enough to set up, but there are some features (like forwarding or pausing) where my DVD player gives me the response "this feature is not available" and I know it should be able to do this.

Needed this since original remote was lost. Easy to program and lighted keyboard is very helpful.

Would not sync with my Samsung sound bar. It's stylish and the buttons are easy but the most important failed. I wouldn't recommend to anyone with a Samsung sound bar

This is a decent universal remote. I bought it for a friend, and she loves it because she was tired of having remotes laying everywhere. Worth the purchase.
