I love my new GE Profile double oven. It is a well made oven/range with great features. Everything is solid and heavy duty. I love the rack that rolls out on the bottom oven. The bottom oven has a convection option which cooks faster. Having a smaller oven on top eliminates the need in my kitchen for a toaster oven, saving counter space. Having 2 ovens is so convenient when you're making 2 different dishes that bake at different temperatures. And the larger lower oven is big enough for the 5 loaves of bread I just baked. The stove burners are very powerful and the whole cooktop is easy to clean.

I looooove this oven. I had done extensive research online from 4 different sources and felt very confidant that this was a solid choice. We had some difficulty with delivery that was very frustrating (the deliverymen didn't know how to install it!) BUT Best Buy was very understanding and made it right to my satisfaction. First of all, its beautiful. The construction speaks for itself. No silver painted plastic knobs here. As I no longer have small children, it was not important to me to have the temperature controls out of the way of small hands. I actually wanted all controls on the front of the unit. I've always felt that having the controls on the back of the oven, where you have to possibly reach across a hot pan and risk burning your arm is stupid, design wise. I have had the oven for about two months now and have cooked daily with it. I do use both ovens to cooks two things at different temps at the same time. However, if its just the one item, I use the smaller oven most of the time. I just think its faster and more fuel efficient than heating up the big one, if its not needed. Although, I must say, I am very happy with how quickly the ovens come up to temp. My last oven would take a good half hour to reach a high temp!!! Also - I love the high power burners and use them all the time. The middle burner is fine for low cooked items but doesn't really get hot enough for a high sear. Oh well. The pluses of the oven far outweigh the negatives. No regrets at all!

I was in the market to replace an old electric 30" stove with a gas stove. I did some research and the best one on the market was this GE Cafe 30" gas stove. From the first moment I used it, I noticed how well and even it cooked everything, the convection oven cooks amazingly evenly, and the small oven is perfect for just a few appetizers. I cook everyday and I noticed that my food in the pressure cooker also cooks faster and even. On my electric stove, sometimes I had to recook in the pressure cooker because it just didn't cook all the way. I've cut my time in half and the food just tastes better! I had to get used to not to get to close to the knobs because they rotate easily and let the gas out. GE should consider moving them to the back. But I do love the fact we can lock out the gas to prevent leaks and when we travel, we can rest assured that there will be no gas leaks. Now that I am used to not getting to close and rub against the knobs, its ok now.

Bought this oven in 2015. Shortly after purchase, we started having issues with occasional short circuits in our kitchen. After a couple of electrician's visits, we narrowed it down to an appliance. Eventually, every time we turned on the oven, it tripped the breaker. When our repairman came out, he found that the heat deflector on the bottom of the oven had MELTED due to a design flaw. The melted material fell down on to the igniter below, causing a short circuit. Despite the fact that this was a known design flaw, and that it had started during the warranty period, GE refused to pay for the repairs - they'd offer the part, but wouldn't cover labor to diagnose the problem or install the replacement parts. I asked several times for a supervisor and never reached one; just kept getting the same answer. Their customer service is terrible and their product is badly designed. Do yourself a favor and choose another brand.

I would recommend this stove to anyone who enjoys cooking. It looks great. Using both ovens at the same time is easy and even cooking

Has a lockout feature so that it can't be turned on by children. Has a simmering setting on one burner. A nice griddle which works excellent. The probe feature is also really handy. The design overall is great as well.

The adjustment to the gas and double Oven has been quick and easy. Meals are faster. Everything is ready at same time. I make a full rib roast (prime rib) once a month. The bottom convection oven produced best roast ever.

Great new addition to my kitchen! Love having the double oven feature and gas!

Were excited to get it, good looking but have had all kinds of problems with no relief from GE, have been waiting on repair parts since December of 2017 and still do not have or a date when they will be here.

after purchasing the stove I found a new love for cooking there is nothing like cooking on a good gas range.

The quick boil feature is great. The double oven lets you cook enough for a crowd. I love it

Super beautiful stove. Does everything. Easy to use. Still learning about it but so far so good. Best Buy is the place to purchase. Mindy is the best there is no better. Absolutely love it

This stove is beautiful. Double ovens are great. Love the five burners. Use the griddle all the time.

The top oven feels too small to cook in so I'm always using the lower oven, which is very low. I had never tested a double oven before buying one, and now feel the main cabin is too low to the floor; lots of bending with heavy dishes and closer to the floor feels awkwardly unsanitary. The one they brought me is defective. The top oven drawer is protruding from unit. When they first delivered it, the propane conversion kit was also missing - which should come with this model, so I'm waiting for an exchange. Due to all the issues, I didn't get to start using it until 12/23, and I don't want to place any heavy wear on the one I have since it's being exchanged now, so other than these brief notes, I don't have much experience with the unit yet. It is a good looking stove all around.

We bought this range a month ago and loved cooking on it. Its Pricey but brings style to your kitchen.

Better heat control, great appearance, boils water faster

So far it has exceeded our expectations. The finish is very easy to clean and having the extra oven is very handy. Well built so it should be around for a few decades.
