the oven is a good size with good lighting to see. the touch controls are easy to use. pretty sensitive! the top surface is tiresome to keep clean and shiney. the glass heating elements work well and fast, once again, they show stains and spills to readily

Got more than I expected since I bought it online and hadn't seen it "in person" beforehand. The warming section on the stovetop is handy and the left side setup for using a grill is terrific. The bottom drawer closing could be a little more solid, imho, but other than that, so far I'm happy with this purchase.

I tried to do a thorough job of researching the online buying process including the extra charges for installation. I visited a Best Buy store and the salesman was clueless about online buying even though he had employed for years!? I called the number listed online and got enough details to feel minimally comfortable spending over a thousand on a sight-unseen appliance. I was told that the appliance would be shipped though After the indicated waiting period JB Hunt delivery service called. I conveyed that BB had told me that they would install it for me & discard the old appliance for $129. The lady was speechless for a few seconds and then responded that they only deliver. I calmly told her what I had been told. She was gracious to me by calling me back and offering minimal installation at no cost. I am so pleased with the decency and professionallism of their trucking company. The 3 star is for the stressful experience BB gave me.

We've only had it for about a month, but so far - so good. Looks great, works better. Had a dried baked-on spill on the cooktop that wouldn't come up with soap and water; we used the cleaner and pad that came with the unit and it cleaned it right up.
