    Love the bulbs! Easy to setup and connect to WIFI, easy to connect with google home, and love that you can change the color tone. They are a bit pricey compared to ones on Amazon, but quality and connectivity makes it worth the price.

    I really like these bulbs. These are a great options for flood lights. I was skeptical about how well they would do the transition in the different types of white lightning options. This tunable light bulb really does a great job at transitioning all the way from a cool White to a candle light. The setup is easy enough make sure you have strong internet connection that'll be able to handle all wireless devices that get connected to the network. The app is very easy to use and very easy to set up each individual light. And group them together into different rooms. If you have Google home like I do you can also set up the light bulbs on Google home by linking the C by GE w/Google home. Overall it's great. I'm looking forward to switching all of my lights. I am also doing some research into their switches. It may be easier to control them that way.

    Not the brightest, but setup is easy with the Cync app. Good option for someone not looking to spend a lot.

    Alexa turns it on and off at my command

    Used to have Alexa voice-controlled lighting in our kitchen - it works great. You can even dim it with Alexa.

    Not much in the way of customer support if the contact is not made from the app to the bulb.

      We regret to hear your bulbs are not connecting. If one of your lights is not able to pair to the app we recommend factory resetting them using these steps: Start with light off for at least 5 seconds. Turn on for 8 seconds. Turn off for 2 seconds. Repeat this process 5 more times, or until the light bulb flashes. If that fails please contact us at 1-844-302-2943. -Cync Support Team

    Unfortunately, I have not been able to get this to see my home wifi network so i can't set it up. I expected setups like this to be seamless. Im undecided about returning it or reaching out for tecj support.
