Everythings good except for sound.

Called the number on the website only to be told to call another number. Then I had to leave a message for my phone call to be "returned within 1 business day". WOW! Really? Regardless of how soon I am contacted I will never purchase anything from GE. Customer Service starts before picking up the phone!
