    Needed a new ice maker and someone to install. Bought it and it was delivered and installed next day. You can count on Best Buy to be on time with a delivery and installation. And they always call to let you know what time they will be there.

    not worth the money and aggravation. ice overflows at back because of poor design. never had that problem with my old kenmore fridge and ice maker. ice cubes are too small but that isn't a big problem but am trying to get to 50 letters.

    If i could give no stars i would. This product was ordered, delivered, installed, and uninstalled 5 times and never worked. One of the most frustrating experiences to date. To sum it up, done with best buy.
