We had to find a microwave that fit a difficult to remodel space. This micro not only fit that space, but used the space to provide more room than the previous (and many others) and provided a great varity of features that were easy to learn. It is also very quite.

I bought the more expensive profile 400.00 to match a built in which had a cabnit above. It is only 1 1/2 years old and simply died in the middle of cooking one evening. Only 1 year waranty. but G.e Woud send a service man for 79.00 if I had it fixed I would only have to pay the parts and labor the would wave the 79.00 diagnoses. But the coud not tell me what hourly charge could be. i called a local GE tech they said micros are expensive to fix just but a new one. Well That is why I will but a cheep model from now on my samsung is 17 years old. no more name brands for me even if it means forighn.

I would not recommend this product. I owned this product less than thirty days before the microwave quit working and started to make a very horrible sound. The convection part seemed to continue to work. Best Buy is awesome. I was able to return the item even though I no longer had the box and they gave me a full refund.

Great product - cooks very well - nice and quiet.
