The controls require a great deal of pressure to activate them and are not at all intuitive. They are also difficult to see. A lighted panel would be a great improvement. We like the convection oven feature because it expands out abilities to cook/warm our meals.

old over the oven microwave went both feet up and we needed something quick. i bought this on-line and in less than a week it showed up at the door in the arms of two gentlemen. They quickly and expertly uninstalled the dead microwave and hauled it off, matched up the new one, finished up the installation and cleaned up after themselves. They swept and vacuumed, it was a great total experience. This couldn't have gone any better

My third GE Over-the-Range Microwave Convection oven since 1993; I love the convenience of 2 in one; a little disappointed that this time the oven came with one rectangular rack and one round rack, but maybe it takes some getting used to; the inside of this one is much easier to clean; hope it stays that way; biggest complaints are that the control buttons don't light up, so I need a flashlight to use it at night, and the light in the oven isn't very bright.

The Microwave and convection functions both work well. The dial is actually more convenient than expected. It also looks good. Sensor cooking also works well for popcorn.

Very flexible in operation with settings! Surface light underneath is very bright & really works nice as night light in kitchen! Easy to install with the supplied templates! Installation when hanging is a two man job because this unit is heavy!! Definitely a rock solid build! I recommend it highly.

I've had this microwave for a little over a year and I have zero regrets. The convection feature of this microwave is really what sold it for me. It roasts veggies and chicken perfectly. I'll never buy a regular microwave again!

Well built model and large. Very easy to open and close - door handle solid compared to previous micro, which broke after 13 years. Dial to set cook time instead of keypad was confusing at first, but after a few times using it going it easier than keypad.

We couldn't be more pleased with our purchase of this GE Convection Microwave. We are long time fans of GE appliances, and this combo oven has not disappointed. It has a quick learning curve to operate, and both the microwave and oven cook evenly and efficiently, whether it's oatmeal or perfectly crisp french fries. With our AZ summer heat, it is great to have a smaller oven (which preheats and cools more quickly) to meet our baking needs. You will not regret purchasing this oven combo!

Live this new microwave with the convection oven. Was super easy to run and baked great. I did have to read up on which pans can be used when, but very simple to figure out. The size is bigger than expected so I can use larger pans than I anticipated.

I purchased this, but returned it as I thought it was a air frier also only to find out it was only a convection. I would have kept it if it had that in it. I would recommend this to others.

Microwave & Convection Oven both work great and easy to use.

MW Oven cooks in standard microwave mode as well as in convection mode well enough to prepare a full course dinner. Easy, well lit front panel controls and underside LED light for standard over the range activities. Powerful and quiet through-the-wall exhaust fan. Try it....

I am used to the number buttons on a microwave. This is a turn button. It goes up in increments. I have only had it for a month, so I will hopefully see other things this can do.

It's a good microwave, but I don't like all the extra steps just to cook something. The 30 second button should offer less time. I frequently heat baby bottles and would prefer to just hit a 15 second button. Now I can't step aside because I must watch the time. I have not used the convection oven because I had to order the complete instruction guide. It's less than 1000 Watts so it does not completely cook some food items. Also, the inside is too small and it always steams up when I cook, not sure why yet. Over all, it is a good product, but I am a little disappointed.

Nice looking microwave/convection oven. I do not like the dial that only allows timing in 15 sec increments.

Would like it to be more powerful. My previous one was 1200 watts, this one is just 950. Looks really good.

Replacing an existing over the range microwave. The interior is much nicer than the old GE Profile we had - easier to clean. Miss the touchpad with numbers but getting used to the dial for setting time.

Looks great, matches my new stove! Many good features including steam clean. Love the convection feature! Would recommend this make and style for anyone looking for a new over the stove microwave.

Best microwave so far, love the option to bake, works great when I don't want to use the oven
