Fast, prompt service! Packaged food, no damage and easy to install, works like a charm

After my old Kenmore died, I did a LOT of research before making this purchase. It's a little bigger than my old microwave, but I really enjoy the fact that the handle is recessed into the door. It makes cleaning the exterior much easier!

After a month the microwave has been awesome, I love the features it has. Works great and food is always warmed through equally with no hot or cold spots. I also like the quick defrost option.

It's fine, but it seems to me unnecessarily complicated. Have not done a deep dive into the instructions to find out all it can do. I gave it four stars on performance only because I am not sure all it does but it does cook. Cook settings are too complicated-need then pamphlet to get know what all the buttons do.

Door closes flat, no handle. Easy open, digital readout is easy to read, beautiful styling, easy to clean.

the microwave is a great design and aesthetically pleasing, but that is where the problem starts. the main issue with its design is its control which is located is at the bottom of the device. because it is over the range, the control board tends to burn with prolonged exposure to heat from the stove. If the control board burns, you'll practically have a dead microwave which will need to be replaced. if in doubt, ask those who have owned this product for a year

1-The touchpads are flat not cushiony, creating the impression that they will be even flatter and possibly nonfunctional after a couple years; their flatness also requires exerting extra finger pressure while programming the oven; 2-difficult to visualize inside the oven while it is operating 3-the keypad is not laid out intuitively. AS TO RECOMMENDING THE ITEM: MAYBE

This unit works very well. The absence of a handle takes some getting used to but is nice as that it is easy to clean and also looks clean. Yes, the door is a little big as in that it is the whole face of the unit.

We are very happy with our GE profile series microwave. It looks great and works great. GE appliances have always been very reliable and I expect to have this one for a long long time. It has all the bells and whistles but is still easy to use. I would buy it again.

I love the smooth outside design, especially the "no handle" on the front. Additionally no dial for selections but a touch sensitive panel across the bottom. The interior design is also the best I have had over the years...easy clean up, no mess.

Bought this microwave back in 2017 as we were replacing our appliances with Stainless. It's worked great but it started to trip the circuit recently. After changing outlets and making sure it was on a dedicated circuit breaker, it still was tripping the circuit occasionally. Finally about a week ago it tripped the circuit but after resetting the circuit microwave was dead. The design is terrible for accesing the inside to get to the fuse and switches (I read these are the likely cause). After taking it down and removing the cover with all the screws I was finally able to access the fuse (which was blown). As I also read fuses don't typically blow unless something else is wrong. So I looked closer at the Door switches. After more disassembly, I was able to locate a bad door switch. $55 later I have a microwave working again. I would have hoped these parts last longer than 3 1/2 years as my prior microwave that came with the house was 10 years old and working fine. Not sure about the GE Profile brand as just last month I had to replace a control board in my dishwasher which was bought the same time.

We needed to replace out old microwave and this model looked like it was a nice fit. It installed really easy and it's simple to use. It actually sits a little lower than our old one which makes it easier for shorter people.

Only had the Microwave for a couple of months. So far, this model of the GE microwave is wonderful, and I love the fan in it. Really helps to keep the kitchen cooler. And, very easy to clean.

I spent around 2 hours to remove the old one and install this GE high-end over-the-range. Good quality, and so far so good. Strong venting power, and easy to clean. No complaint at all.

Great look and works great too! The features are easy to use and I especially like the one button start!

The quality is as it is supposed to be. Looks nice.

Works great. Larger than the Profile it replaced, but this was expected. Slightly hard to install due to it being deeper than previous unit. Does all functions well.

So far so good. No issues yet but I feel like the door seems cheaply made.
