Fast, prompt service! Packaged food, no damage and easy to install, works like a charm

Purchased and installed less than 8 months ago. The vent fan has always been very loud on all settings. It may be operating full throttle in all settings. Twice in the last month or two the vent fan has come on when no one was near the unit. We couldn't turn the vent fan off from the control panel. After unplugging and plugging back in it seems to be functioning "normally". Otherwise the unit has been good. I'm assuming this unit is defective and will contact the manufacturer.

Works great. Larger than the Profile it replaced, but this was expected. Slightly hard to install due to it being deeper than previous unit. Does all functions well.

Door closes flat, no handle. Easy open, digital readout is easy to read, beautiful styling, easy to clean.

Only had the Microwave for a couple of months. So far, this model of the GE microwave is wonderful, and I love the fan in it. Really helps to keep the kitchen cooler. And, very easy to clean.

Very nice microwave, love the express buttons. It is very large and hangs down low and close to the stove top.

Popcorn mode works perfectly, need I say more? Overall good microwave. Looks sleek. One thing to consider is how much further the door swings out compared to a more conventional looking microwave. Had a bit of a learning curve..

So far so good. No issues yet but I feel like the door seems cheaply made.

This was a (huge) upgrade over an old college-style microwave which was purchased many years ago to fit a space it needed to fit into. This new microwave more than fits the bill with a number of quick settings. The built in fan which we have yet to have hooked up to output through the root is very powerful. Even at full power, the microwave itself is very quet and the downlighting levels are good to illuminate the cooking surface underneath. I'm concerned about the multiple reviews I've seen about the bulbs burning out but so far, after only 2 weeks of moderate use, haven't had any bulb problems. Still, this microwave gets a positive review from me in it's overall build quality.

We’re very pleased with this microwave which replaced a 10 year old GE Profile. It heats faster and better. The reheat function works great and accurately. Highly recommended!

We replaced a 21 year old builder GE model microwave with this new microwave. We stayed with GE because they have the express cook one touch start for 1 to 5 minutes, this is a great feature others do not have. The install template was very confusing and hard to use; tape a template to the bottom of the cabinet, not an easy thing to do.

Great look and works great too! The features are easy to use and I especially like the one button start!

1-The touchpads are flat not cushiony, creating the impression that they will be even flatter and possibly nonfunctional after a couple years; their flatness also requires exerting extra finger pressure while programming the oven; 2-difficult to visualize inside the oven while it is operating 3-the keypad is not laid out intuitively. AS TO RECOMMENDING THE ITEM: MAYBE

Door is very large. Microwave is quiet and stylish. Quality unknown as I just installed it.

This microwave has the look I was going for. It does make a statement in the room. Not only is eye appealing it is very functional also.

This microwave is larger than my last one. I like that it has no outside handle.

Does the job I expected it to do. Construction is very well made. I'm glad that I purchased it when it went on sale.
