Best Buy is the worst at customer service. My order delivery was cancelled 3 times and delayed for 2 months. Best Buy didn't even notify me that the delivery was cancelled. I finally cancelled the order completely and bought the product somewhere else for less.

The product is great. Install was horrible. I had to do it myself. Best Buy outsourced people that do not know what they are doing
