This refrigerator is beautiful. I love the interior lighting. Plenty of room also. I’m not thrilled with the freezer. I haven’t had a bottom drawer freezer before... not sure if I’d do it again. It’s just easier for me when the freezer is on top.

Does not keep items at the set temperature. Most items have condensation on them. It is set to 37deg however after testing, they are only 42deg. Also, it is quite noisy. On top of that, it was delivered with a dentent on top right corner. We are waiting for a replacement.

I’m very happy with this refrigerator. So glad I got the counter depth. It looks like a built-in. It has plenty of room inside for food storage and because shelves are not as deep I can see the food easily. Nothing gets lost in the back.

I love the water dispenser inside and the alarm for when the door is left open. Plant of space for all my food items

Have had this refrigerator for 6 months and we still enjoy it very much. The inside has enough space for a family of 3 adults. There is easy access to the freezer area and ice cube storage. I really like the look of the front doors without the water/ ice on the front. There is a cold water dispenser inside the fridge that is easy to use. The stainless front is easy to keep clean.

I needed a counter depth fridge and I pick the slate color GE. Fits perfect & looks great!! I have had no problems with it. It has more room in it than I thought.

We chose this as a no frills fridge freezer, that give us the largest cu ft of space. We haven’t had the item that long but for the moment it has been working well. It took about 24 hours to get to a reasonable temperature before we could put food into it so bear that in mind when it’s installed. All these appliances ship with the sticky blue plastic on them and you can never quite remove it all from the seams and Joins which is a little disappointing. Another thing to not is that the fridge cool tray in the middle is double width so if you ever want to get anything out of there you have to open both doors fully to slide the tray out, which means you loose all the cool air and the fridge has to them cool down again, not a major issue but again something to note. The lower freezer unit also is very difficult to open once it’s cold and the vacuum effect takes hold. We have to push against the fridge and pull the freezer drawer to get it to open. Good for keeping children out but sometimes and be a bit of a pain.

Ended up purchasing this fridge to replace the LG counter depth that I purchased 3 months ago. Quick back story, I ended up having 3 LG units 2 of which had the same manufacturer defect that no one wanted to believe (even with video) that caused damaged to my house, oh by the way I ended up paying for the damage the LG caused because of the finger pointing back and forth. The one thing I will say is that I feel Best Buy themselves took good care of me and worked with me on this. It just stinks that I had spend and additional $1000 to get a fridge that is house broken. I am really please with this fridge - it has a lot of room in it for a counter depth fridge.

I took way, way too long to over-analyze this purchase, but hey, I think I got it right! It's wonderful to open the doors and be able to see everything. The deep door bins are great for condiments and milk etc. This leaves the shelves easier to view. We used to 'loose' food in the back of shelves. My family members aren't especially good at moving things around and looking for stuff... if its not right in front of their nose they are likely to say, there's nothing to eat. This fridge helps with that. Misc notes: Ice cubes are good, but we feel like on some days (sport events, practices) it can't keep up with how much we need. Overall, its good and these cubes don't shatter in a million slivers when they hit the ground like the old ones did. Internal water - I wanted this and I forget we even have it. Door shutting requires a little hip action. They will stay open if you think a little shove will do the job. Fingerprints... I looked at so many and I thought I had chosen one that was fingerprint-proof... not so. No touching! Great lighting.... it makes the food look so good. Really. There is something rewarding about opening the doors and making your selections. The installers from Best Buy were great. It looks like a tough job and they were very professional and left my kitchen in great shape.

I have had this refrigerator for a month. I am pleasantly surprised how much room there is even though it is counter-depth. The digital temperature control makes it easy to keep food fresh longer. The only complaint is the suction on the freezer is so strong when you pull the handle to open it the whole refrigerator moves. To keep this from happening I press my thumb against the bottom of the upper door while pulling the handle on the freezer.

This GE fridge looks great and works great, so far. It is just what we wanted... no water/ice on the door.

Did not receive owner's manual. Would have liked more communication as far as financing and time allotted to pay items off.

I love this fridge. Very nice! The look is great. It's sleek and beautiful. I will truly enjoy it.

Denise, my sales person was so helpful in assisting me in choosing just the right size refrigerator. I learned about what counter dept means. Unfortunately, the model I purchased had some issues and I am waiting to receive a replacement. There were no issues with the exchange.
