Though I'll likely never use it, I love having the ability to activate my dishwasher remotely. It's 2024......EVERYTHING should be remotely accessible!

I didn’t end up with this dishwasher. I went on to look at a Kitchen Aid (which I had previously) and a GE Cafe. Employee ended up talking me into this GE Profile, which I felt good about. The GE has been delivered to my house 2 different times. First time there were parts falling off when they went to take it out of the truck. 2nd time front panel had dents in it. Went back to the store and am switching back to a Kitchen Aid.
We don't expect this to happen, and we are very sorry to hear you've had this experience and truly apologize for your inconvenience. It is our hope that we can earn back your trust and business one day in the future.

I am very happy so far with this purchase. My old one lasted 15 years. Hopefully, this will last a while.

No Dishwasher

I can't seem to purchase this dishwasher. No, that's not right. I can purchase it, and pay for it, but I just don't get to use it. Original Purchase 6-15-24 for pick up. Call to locate and get an update on the dishwasher 7-11-24. Updated then to get it delivered & installed. The scheduled install is for 7-31-24. I called help on 7-31-24 due to no time window notification was delivered as promised this morning. So I called and was told the delivery person was sick and I will have to reschedule my install 8-15-24, more than 2 weeks away. Since I adjusted my schedule I stayed at home anyway, because website said it was out for delivery. I waited, but all I got was a no show, and no information from Best Buy. So, I tried chat, again, but that wasn't helpful. I looked at the Website in a nearby Texas Best Buy and the website shows "I could pick it up in 3 days for pickup" and "I could have it delivered in 2 days". I tried the chat again, but was transferred to another another long wait. Not being in the mood at this time, I decided to try again tomorrow. FYI The Best Buy Stores do not accept phone calls, according to the chat agent, so I can't talk to anyone where I bought it. One last thought; Artificial Intelligence is not perfected yet.

I've only had the dishwasher for a couple of weeks. However, I thoroughly enjoy the product. When comparing the old dishwasher to the new one, I would not hesitate to purchase it again. The service was great, and they explained everything step by step.

Works ok, but the top button design is horrible. You have to use the buttons before you close it, and when running you cannot see the buttons or lights to know what is going on with it. Will never get a top control dishwasher again. Whoever thought of that design needs a new job.
We can understand how upsetting it can be when a new appliance doesn't meet your expectations. The hidden controls give a more upscale design. The settings can be seen when you step back slightly to see where the light it located. As soon as the installer opened rhe box he found a large dent in the front of the dishwasher. Then typical best buy customer service was useless so i had to cancel the order.
