Great french door refrigerator for the family. We have a family of 5 and this fridge serves us well. The led lighting is a plus and who knew the auto fill water feature was a needed item. Very happy with our purchase and the black stainless steel looks great.

Love the refrigerator - well-designed, holds lots of stuff, great configuration flexibility. My two watch-outs are: 1) the finish isn't super-resistent to fingerprints, which I was expecting bsaed on the description (it's better than traditional stainless stell but still shows them too easily IMO); and 2) when I open the freezer door, if I don't hold the fridge in place (i.e. push on the fridge handles), the entire refrigerator rolls out from the wall, which is I guess because it has a very strong seal. :-)

It's just a Refridgerator; nothing special here. Seems to be built well. Was recommended by my Best Buy Home Specialist and was a good choice for us. Other than having an outside door to access milk it is nice. Did think that the sliding freezer bin was a bit cheap and plastic. Almost an afterthought. So far, so good.

I’ve had it for about four months and so far so good. It is a little noisier than our old fridge just the humb of the system. Also the auto fill water dispenser does not work very well. It requires a specific size does cup or container so the sensors fill it to the top otherwise the sensors fill them halfway or less. I would suggest getting a fridge with one that allows you to choose how many ounces to pour

Very happy I spent the extra money on this GE Profile. I use the hands free auto fill all the time.the refrigerator is quiet and has plenty of shelf space as well as freezer space.

We love the refrigerator but we bought the optional second ice maker from Best Buy with installation and 1st team didn’t know hot to install it, second team installed it but it’s not working, third team looked at it and said “we don’t know how to do this”, 4th team was again “ have no idea “. I have another appt with an agent now to diagnose it, so far it has been really frustrating. Each team claimed they would input what was going on so next time I would get the right people sent, but the appts just appear as complete like everything went all right with the appt. Not happy with Best Buy’s service as a total tech member.

It’s ok. The Black stainless steel shows no fingerprints at all that part is awesome. Delivery from Best Buy was not so great the delivery man wouldn’t put the shelves in or do anything to the refrigerator. Which is kind of crappy because you have to pay for it.

We purchased this in the counter depth model for our former home and loved it. Purchased this full size 27.7 cf model and condenser died in 5 months. Not at all happy! Now waiting on a service technician that was a no show first time. Hoping he comes for 2nd appointment scheduled. Question is whether he will have the correct part or will have to wait for correct part. Can't believe this broke down already!!

Our previous set of appliances we GE, so we decided to stick with the brand when getting our upgrades. At least 2 other brands offer products with the same features at a lower price point, but the reviews on GE are superior. So far I can't disagree with the good reviews. I think this fridge is full of slick features and a fresh take on how to store your items. It's so futuristic, that even 10 years from now it's not going to feel like ancient technology. Once I run into some servicing issues, I'll update this review to reflect the longevity of this fridge. Hopefully it will be a great investment.

Only have had for a couple days, but it has a fairly loud hummin noise...hoping that its just trying to get to proper temp.

I like the refrigerator. It’’s spacious and easy enough to keep clean. The ice maker is quieter than the one in my previous refrigerator. Fairly new to me but so far all is good.

The compressor fan has been replaced three times, the thermostat sensor was rotated 180 in the wrong place...moved it. Frost in freezer...bad gasket design...replaced with newly designed gasket, frost around gasket of ice maker door...bad ice maker door design..coming to replace with newly designed door with 2 gaskets...when he replaced the fan last time because the computer showed it was revving at too high rpms, removed metal bracket from the thermostat sensor that they said was causing the readings to be skewed. Contacted customer service today and was given a “consumer advocate” and a case #. They said that we must continue with the servicing of the unit. If, after today’s visit, we have to have service again, and the technician says it’s unrepairable, they’ll give us a new one. This is very unfortunate. I absolutely love the features of this fridge...but the lack of quality control and design of functional parts is appalling. Then, to add insult to that, to require me to go through yet another service call...on a refrigerator that is 4 months old! No thanks.

This refrigerator had to be replaced twice. Nothing to do with the store it was the manufacture. also it was dirty on the inside. The doors were not opening correctly. I have the same refrigerator and is GREAT!!!

We looked at the stainless one in store and we liked it. Salesman asked if we wanted the stainless or black stainless, and we said the black stainless. He didn’t tell us it was a totally different fridge. We noticed as they were installing it. But so far it works good
