Phenomenal refrigerator. Tons of room, cools everything very well and a delight to look at. The water pitcher is a nice touch and has come in very handy. The app connectivity is good and the kids enjoy seeing water consumption in animal water consumption

This is my second GE Profile purchase. I keep becoming more and more of a fan. The space. The lighting. The look. The water pitcher. Everything is exceptional. I've always had the exterior water dispenser. Never again. The pitcher fills fast, keeps colder, and allows for faster filling of cups. Plus no mess or spills on the outside. No water stains to keep clean.

The GE Profile 28.7 cu. ft. 4-door refrigerator is very good. The refrigerator section is larger compared to previous GE French 3 door models with water and ice door dispensers. (The ice maker in the 3-door models took up a lot of space in the refrigerator. More about this below.) The refrigerator sections slow brightening back panel ambient and overhead lighting is very nice. The water pitcher works well (after the dispenser lever assembly leak was fixed with a simple reassembly and tightening - hint use a 7/8" socket to disassemble.) The middle door drawer is larger compared to the equivalent 3-door deli interior compartment and has its own variable temperature setting (nice). The freezer section is of similar size to the previous three door models with some space taken up by the ice maker. This GE model was selected because (1) it has a rotary compressor (not a linear electric compressor) which should be more reliable and (2) The ice maker is located in the freezer section not in the upper refrigerator door. The upper door dispensing of ice and water was more convenient to use. But the ice maker took up a lot of space in the refrigerator section and the upper freezer (to make ice) had to be repaired three times, and eventually the defrosting heater wire in the upper section failed leading to the drain clogging with ice and defrosted water leaking into the bottom of the refrigerator (under the 3-door) deli drawer which then froze and had to be manually chipped out and removed. Ugh. Hopefully the design of the current French 4-door refrigerator will be more reliable in the long term. This is the basis for the 4-star review – good design and features – but questions on long term reliability (time will tell).

Bought this for my wife because she wanted a refrigerator with more space compared to the one we had. She is thrilled with the layout and how much it holds. The lighted back panel is great and really lights up the whole refrigerator.

I am so happy with my purchase of this refrigerator! I wasn't sure that I would like the ice in the freezer and not in the door, but I actually really love that I can get ice so quickly. It holds much more ice than the ones with ice in the door. Also the water dispenser inside as a pitcher is the best! I can dispense it from the fridge or take it to the table.. Love this idea they had! The space inside is large and has a ton of shelf space in the doors too. The Freezer is large and I love that the middle drawer can be used to keep meat extra cold or temp can be changed to store other things that are not needing to be as cold. I am truly happy with this purchase. The last refrigerator I purchased was a lemon from a different manufacture... GE so far is running strong and I am happy!

This is a big but wonderful refrigerator! We have owned GE Profile appliances in the past and they have outlived so many other brands. The best part of this appliance is the spacious interior and back lit wall as well as the middle drawer. The freezer also offers a lot of room with a sliding drawer. My wife couldn’t be happier…and that’s all that matters, right? Very happy with this purchase and with Best Buy. Great customer service, as always!

I don't even know where to start. This purchase exceeds my expectations. I should have known with the GE Profile that I would have the best. The delivery was very late, however, once this beauty was set up and running, I am in awe of the capabilities. It is wonderful to have the exact features that I want. The ice maker in the freezer and the water dispenser inside the fridge. I can't believe how big this refrigerator is with the LED lights and the large capacity door shelves. GE Profile, you have outdone yourself. Thank you Best Buy for carrying this one.

Looks great, big capacity, laid out well, even a small bin for butter. Many parts can be lifted or removed for cleaning. There's a lot to love. But the make or break factor is how well a fridge cools and I'm disappointed. The lowest temperature you can select for the fridge is 34 degrees. I expect fluctuation but with 34 selected I thought it would average close to 34. We put temperature probes inside. In a month's time we have never seen a reading below 36, and that usually early in the morning. It's more often 37-39 and we're careful about closing the door quickly. When a large bottle of room temperature juice was placed 9 inches away from the probe, it went as high as 46 for 20 minutes and at least 42 for 1 1/2 hours. 40 is supposed to be the safe temp for food and 37 ideal. (The freezer temps are OK though they fluctuate as well; they have a wider safe range of course). Am I being unrealistic in my expectations? Do all fridges intermittently warm up more than I thought they did? Is this performance acceptable? Why have 34 as an option when it's never achieved? I'd like to hear GE address this.

So many options and so much space for everything. Having a drawer with separate temp controls is amazing when you need it for different purposes.

Love my new refrigerator. Best appliance I’ve purchased. Has lots of room and the individual temperature controls is my favorite thing. I can Wi-Fi any changes at the touch of a whim.

Absolutely love this refrigerator. It is 2.3 CU larger than our last fridge. But it seems even larger than that. My wife especially loves the interior lighting. It is much easier to see all of our stuff.

Has been a good refrigerator for the last couple weeks. As of right now we don't have any issues with it. We really enjoy the water dispenser /pitcher.

Nice design. Great storage capacity. The pull out drawer adds flexibility for quick access to snacks ( cheese/ meats/ dips) and drinks without need to open the main cabinet. So far so good. Excellent replacement for our troublesome Samsung French door refrigerator.

We all love the backlighting and the water dispenser system. The third drawer is not unique to this company but we also enjoy it.

The unit is fairly large and has capacity for many items. Make sure you measure before attempting to bring in your home including you pathway to the location. I had to have the unit brought in pieces since it was too large for my doorway and hallway. The delivery / installer were not informed, even though I indicated in the order multiple times. As a refrigerator should it keeps your food items cold. Doors May need adjustment after it is put back together. The water dispenser/ thermos will s handy. The ice maker works as well. The real test and you won’t know for sure is its longevity. Most new refrigerators do not have the lifespan many had 20 -30 years ago. I will be lucky to get 10. Most manufacturers just want your money and put the cheapest parts in your system and claim its quality. Then they do not back it up with a poor short 1 year warranty. They on top of it they want u to pay more for an extended warranty. The refrigeration industry is a sham wanting to charge more for less. It is a roll of the dice and wait and see how the unit actually last.

After about a month I have been happy with this refrigerator. It's huge and well designed. The auto fill water pitcher works so well I've barely used the ice.

GE profile was recommended over a lesser expensive brand. Glad I went with this, build quality and feel is much better. Everything feels solid and not cheap. was a little nervous about the water pitcher but it fills up very quickly. Ice maker is very fast as well and builds up more than we can use. Even though the capacity was slightly smaller than the other option we were considering it actually feels bigger due to the separation of the meat/cheese drawer. No complaints so far.
