It does not allow for individual selections. For example, if I wanted to do only a rinse and spin cycle. It does not have that option. It is programmable, but it doesn’t give you the freedom to program as he was an older washer model.

Being able to also connect it to my wifi and phone and getting notifications when its done is extremely great as well.

I’m happy to say they didn’t. This is a great washing machine. The things I liked the most: - Digital timer so you always know how much time is left at a glance. - Ability to set custom programs if you prefer less/more hot water or other items for your various load types. (I like hot water on my sports stuff, less so on the clothes that seem like may shrink.) - See through top loading part lets you watch your clothes get washed. Doesn’t really help with the washing, but it was neat. - No issues at all so far. Appears to be very reliable.

The front edge sits lower than other machines we've had, which makes it easier for short people. But the volume of laundry is still huge. The controls are intuitive and install by Geek Squad was super smooth.

Make sure machine is completely level, or else it will bang. Took several tries but it is now perfectly level. It's pretty loud too but my laundry room is far away in my house so it doesn't effect me.

Company should wait to ask for reviews at least a mongh of usage for time to really use products thing do not always go wrong within first usage.

He gave me information and instruction and he did all of this in a reasonable amount of time. We are very pleased with our new washer.

Its not as quiet as I thought it would be but other than thats its been working pretty good. I also like how deep/big it is which makes fitting larger loads easy.

Big Ol huge washer

What a difference it makes! Clothes are much cleaner. I made the right choice.

Try It Again

Home warranty replaced it. I’m trying it again LOL SMH

The inside is large enough for a comforter to be washed efficiently. The different preset wash cycles takes the guessing out of dud you set it to the right size, water temp & spin cycles.

Deep Fill-Max Spin

Posted .If you find that your unit is noisy, please ensure the unit is properly leveled by checking the leveling legs. You can adjust all four leveling legs until the washer is level left-to-right and front-to-back.
