For a “Smart washing machine”, this is the dumbest appliance I’ve ever owned. Easily This is the worst washer I’ve ever used. Every week, for no apparent reason, the washer will start a cycle, fill the tank, only to then cancel the load and lock the washer controls for 5 minutes. Then I have to spend the next several hours trying to unplug and plugging it back in, trying to reset the computer, and eventually, I get some combination of things to work (but oh no, it’s never the same things to get it to work again) and at this point, several months of owning this thing, I’m ready to sell it and go get an old “dumb” machine

The top loader was a little hard to get used to because i had a front loader before. The only flaw i have witb this product is it is very sensitive and if the clothes is not evenly placed it will start to bang on the side if the washer.

I love this washer, I have had no problems with it. My clothes come out clean and fresh even when it's a large amount of clothes, towels, or bedding.
