Posted .We are very sorry to hear you are having these issues with your washer. This is not what we expect to hear. If an out-of-balance condition is detected by the washer, the Spin light will blink during the remaining portion of the cycle and will stay illuminated for a short time after cycle completion. When the washer tries to redistribute the load, the Rinse light will be illuminated solid while the Spin light blinks. When this occurs, the washer is taking actions to correct the out-of-balance condition and complete the cycle normally. In some cases, the washer may not be able to balance the load and spin up to full speed. If you notice the load is more wet than normal at the end of the cycle, redistribute the load evenly in the wash basket and run a Drain & Spin cycle.

The first one delivered was dented and shook and bang in the soin cycle. The second one leaked all over the floor. The third one the valve wouldnt close to cut off the water. GE use to be a good brand but now they are the bott of the barrel.

Posted .We appreciate you writing a review. Our top load washer is energy star rated. If you would like more water in the tub, use the Deep Fill option. To do so, press and release the Deep Fill button once before starting the cycle to add 3 addition gallons of water to the wash load or hold the Deep Fill button for 3 seconds to provide the deepest fill level possible. Please note that this will increase cycle time due to the additional time it takes to fill the washer. Washing times vary and are based on the cycle selected, options used, and load size. Had to reschedule 3X. Finally got delivered. Called week before being delivered to get compensation for the hassle and was told call back after delivery and installation to figure out compensation, but when I called back they said it was closed there was nothing they do for compensation now. Sounds like they set me up to not do any compensation at all!! Very disappointing been a customer for a long time.

Like others I find it doesn't balance well even with my careful loading. I don't overload, and it still bangs and I have to stop it in mid cycle. The detergent feed isn't effective. I've had undesolved powder left in the trough. If you are 5'4" and under, do not buy this. You will not be able to get the last of small items out of the tub. I didn't test that thoroughly in the store. I wouldn't recommend this washer. It's just okay,

Posted .Most large comforters and blankets will wash properly in our washers, as long as the comforter fits below the balance ring of the washer tub and is not stuffed into the tub tightly. If your dispenser still has detergent after the load is complete, then it's possible the wash water is too cold or there is low home water pressure. To ensure the water requirements for this unit are being met, please review the "Water Supply Requirements" section on pg. 18 of the Owner's Manual. If the issue persists, we recommend scheduling a service appointment for one of our Bodewell technicians to assess your unit. However it had a nice dent in it upon opening the box. The kid loading it, told me to just pound it out. I said sell me one without damage. I wasn't too happy.
