I’ve been looking at this range for almost two (2) years, and it finally went on sale! I ordered this range in March 2025, and I just received it today (05/17/25). There was one delivered to me the beginning of April, but the “control panel” (dead center) was damaged so I didn’t accept delivery, and the deliverymen/installers had already taken my old stove away. I was informed that it would only be a “couple of weeks” before I got a replacement for the damaged one…well, things didn’t work out that way. So, I’ve been without a range to use for over 8 weeks. I’m very happy to have it, but it was certainly a “hassle” — I was given a delivery date for the new range, but then it was changed. Then, customer service contacted me and said “there would be another delay” — in total, I was given at least four (4) different delivery dates. I certainly hope that all of the aggravation I’ve had with the “delivery” of this appliance is worth it! Since I just received it today, I haven’t had an opportunity to cook on it yet, so I can’t review the performance or quality, although I’ve used GE products for years and they’ve held up well. At least all the burners come on and it was very easy to set the clock. This appliance has wonderful features and I do look forward to utilizing them, As for the “customer service” in the store, it was great, and when I called and spoke with the salesman who sold me the range, he always responded — either personally or he had one of his co-workers contact me to keep me informed. Unfortunately, it was not within their purview to get my range delivered any sooner. Also, the two deliverymen/installers (Chris & Hermes) were excellent! I let them know the difficulty I had in getting this appliance and told them how long I had been waiting for it, so they were “very careful” when bringing it upstairs to my home. They had it installed in record time and carried away the trash too. They were both very nice, friendly, and professional!!

So far so good only have had a month or so but clean look easy to use didnt give it an excellent rating because unknown longevity
