I like the Advantium 120 but it doesn't have Chef Connect and I think it should considering the selling price. My new range does and I would have liked that on this appliance too. The GE appliance website shows this Advantium model as being a Smart Device but as far as I can tell, it isn't. That's a disappointment.

This is a great microwave and convection oven. The microwave cooks evenly and is fast. The convection cooks chicken to a beautiful brown without ever burning. I have found all of the bells and whistles to also be very useful.

It is very nice looking and has great space inside with 2 shelves but after a little more than a year, the popcorn option stopped working. I use the unit about once a week so it is not heavily used and I am very disappointed in the long term quality

Bought this product 7/18 but it’s not yet been delivered or installed. Can’t recommend anyone purchase it when the manufacturer and/or Best Buy can’t get it delivered but want it reviewed. Really???

I have wanted a GE Advantium Microwave for years. I finally broke down and bought one. I've had it 3 weeks. I've used the speed cook and convection oven more then the microwave. I've made homemade pizza twice and it's the best I've ever made. Grilled sandwiches and baked potatoes cooked on the speed cook for 15 minutes were awesome. I coated the skin with olive oil and salt and pepper and it was the best. Love my GE - Profile Series Advantium! Wish I had bought one sooner.

I purchased this GE Profile PSA9120SFSS as an "Open Box-Excellent" item online and picked up the microwave from their Bowie, MD store. Best Buy states that Open Box-Excellent is in excellent condition and has all the original parts. However, this microwave was missing all the installation hardware (mounting bolts, wall mount screws, etc), had major rust on the mounting plate, and was already six (6) months beyond the manufacturer's warranty. When I contacted GE customer service to request the missing parts, I was told that this specific unit was already out of warranty and online registration was done by another customer in November, 2016. And since this unit was out of warranty, GE would have to charge me $147.31 to ship me the missing parts. In fact, the GE service manager sounded surprised that this unit was sold to me under these conditions. I find it extremely disconcerting that Best Buy would knowingly sell an appliance that was sold 15 months ago and out of manufacturer's warranty is extremely misleading. We ultimately returned the unit back to the Elkridge, MD store and received a full refund. I'm writing this review to inform others in case they come across this particular GE microwave and have full disclosure in case Best Buy resells this unit. Here is the Serial No. LG300121K and Model No. CSA1201RSS05. I've also attached a picture taken from the inside of the microwave showing the SN and Model No.

I’ve had this unit for 4 years. Very expensive to buy. Probably used the Speedcook feature a dozen times and now the Speedcook light doesn’t work. Not a simple change out. Not at all happy with GE. Our glass top stove large eye goes to high temp on its own and we have to have the fridge repaired too. All bought new by us as a package. Must be why they went out of business. Don’t buy anything from GE!

Vent failed just outside the 15-day return window. Contacted GE for service and they have to order FOUR parts to replace. This is unacceptable. You shouldn’t have to replace FOUR parts of a BRAND NEW appliance.

Today my microwave was installed by my installer. I removed the protective wrapping and the door finish was flawed from the factory. Now I have to try to figure out how to get a new one. Ridiculous!
