I really like my new GE Profile microwave | convection oven | Air Fryer. I do sometimes think it is a bit under-powered, I do not find this as a major concern. I have been experimenting a lot and I really like this appliance.

This is a really nice microwave / convection oven. But if I had it to do over again, I would have purchased the (equivalent) version that doesn’t have the knob. I thought the knob would make it easier to rapidly select times and what not. But the engineer at GE that worked on this neutered the behaviors behind the knob rendering it a “pretty” waste of time. It’s also annoying to keep clean. So, just go for the flat panel sibling. Otherwise, it’s a really good if not outstanding (finishes in “show” position) oven.

We just recently installed the microwave and realized that the cooking time needs to be set by a dial, (there is no number pad) and only allows time choices in 15 second increments, starting with 15 seconds. I have many items that I want to heat up for less than 15 seconds and I am unable to do so unless I go to settings and set up a second cooking cycle. I set up a second cycle which gives me 5 second cook time intervals. The only problem is that it overrode the 30 second button on the touchpad, which is a feature that I also use. In addition, the start button or dial needs to be pressed twice, in order for the unit to start, which is totally unnecessary. If I had known this prior to purchase I would have selected another brand as this microwave's timing features are very inconvenient. it is also less powerful than previous microwaves I have owned.

We really the easiness of using this microwave. Ours has the digital dial as and can also be used as a convection oven. It not only looks nice, it cooks incredibly well. We are very happy with this purchase!

Fit the space my old profile was in perfectly. Had to change the wall hanger and drill new holes to secure the top screws but all is well. The vent is in a little different place so some duct tape is in order. Still getting used to the dial to set time and defrost level. Prefer the single button for 1-5 minutes but it works fine, just different. The air fryer works great, on more thing to remove from the countertop. Last one lasted over 20 years, hope this one makes it. Love the LG profile seres.

Very happy with the unit. The inside is easy to clean. The exhaust fan has 3 modes, so prepare for the noise when it's on high. I was initially concerned on the durability of the knob, as it would get lots of use, but it has held up well and we have zero issues.

It arrived with a dent in the back right side but Best Buy discounted it because of the dent that the installers noticed. The microwave is an update from my previous GE profile that I loved.

I bought my first GE Profile Microwave January 2002, dependable for 23 years. I replaced it for another Profile that includes an air fryer and convection oven. What a deal. I’m am very pleased with this purchase, hoping it will last 20 years or longer. Best Buy is a company I depend on.

Love this mictowave. Looks great and compliments my kitchen. Features are easy to operate. Installation was well explained.

The device is easy to use. Brief instructions I was able to relay the info to the family and everyone is loving the multiple features. My wife loves the air fry feature.

The microwave works great albeit there is a rattle in the fan. We suspect when it was installed the screws on the vent fitting were installed with a power driver and stripped the thin metal. I just havent had a chance to pull it down yet to fix. The installer best buy contracted was a joke snd damaged several appliances and the replacements. The microwave has been great otherwise.

The BestBuy installation was perfect and Microwave is great. It works better than the Advantium that we had before.

Great oven! I love all of its features. We use the air fry and convection mode more than the microwave mode.

Shows everything! Hard to keep clean! Scratches easily! Using new microfiber towels to help reduce the scratching, still looks bad!

Looks great and appeared to have more use options than my original Jennair that stopped working recently. GE did not fit existing space in wooden cabinetry. Returned for a Dacor, that fit perfectly.

Picked it up, installed it a few days later. We love the air fry and convection options since our stove went out. It's an outstanding appliance and GE customer service is great too.
