The sensor cooking has worked pretty well for reheating plates of food. The controls have taken a little while to get used to as I am used to the push button timer type of microwave. There are a ton of features I may never use, but the reheating and pre-set times for beverages and popcorn have been just about perfect. The light is great and the vent (ours goes out of the house) works wonderfully. I wish I could comment on the reliability, but one month isn't a long enough time to honestly review that aspect.

I am glad that this microwave fit as it works even better than the one I had. It is so programmable! It's like using an easy computer mouse - just click and go. Its digital features make it easy to use and the food comes out perfect!

My only complaint is that the microwave came with the wrong glass platter. It didn’t fit properly and when I called GE to tell them about it I was told it was supposed to “wobble.” I told them that “No, this was not right or acceptable.” The GE representative then noticed that there was a part number change for the glass platter on this model. She sent me a new platter and that fixed the problem. The microwave works well and I am now happy with it.

Great Microwave

My only negative is that it did not come with an Instruction Manual and I had to get it off the internet. Unfortunately, this is not the first appliance I've bought without a manual. It seems to be a bad trend!
