Reviewing MY GE - Profile Series 27.7 Cu. Ft fridge. I was going to get a closeout 4 door samsung that was sale from $3200 to $1878 but it was out of stock. I spoke with a sales rep and he said that he would match the price on this model. The least i saw it anywhere was $2400 (on line i saw it for $2200), i quickly took it . It is big and roomy inside. Great LED lighting with 2 ice makers. I especially like the auto fill that stops when the glass is full. I gave it 4 stars since it is a bit noisey while the compressor is on, but you get used to it. I don't believe in extended warranties, but after reading all the horror stories about icemakers and customer service (especially LG) i decided to extend it 5 years. Including the warranty and tax, it was still cheaper then anywhere else. One last thing. It was delivered on a bitter cold day with snow on the ground. The 2 men who delivered it went out of there way to provide excellent service. They took off the doors and removed the freezer so it would fit into my kitchen via the dining room (it wouldn't fit through my kitchen door) They were great. Normally it would have gone through the back via my deck, but there was ice from this great winter

This fridge is better than we expected. Plenty of interior room. The dual ice makers are great. The digital display with auto sensing water and exact fill are very useful. This fridge is also wifi capable, which allows you to monitor it from your phone. I am very satisfied with this purchase.

A nice looking refrigerator. Only concern I have is the shelves within. They are not properly aligned. Like I said looks good.

Amazing style. The lighting inside is bright, There is more space in the fridge than I expected, the quality of the components seems top notch. Two icemakers are useful. The Freezer seems smaller and fridge bigger than expected.

We originally bought a Samsung refrigerator with a computer so that I could listen to Pandora, get my news and calendar directly from the fridge. Worked great for a very short while; also had issues with icemaker. To make a long story short, it was a lemon and Best Buy was very good about replacing it. After much research we decided on this smaller American made fridge. Install was problematic; still working with insurance company about damage to the home the installers made, but the fridge itself is very good. Husband had to troubleshoot getting the ice maker to work, but now that it's working we have lots of ice. I actually like this fridge better than the last one because it appears to hold much more food while actually being a bit smaller. Very good design.

My last refrigerator was only five years old. We purchased this one as part of a kitchen upgrade, the difference is unbelievable. The interior design is spectacular, LED lights, dual temperature controls and two ice makers. The water in the door, put your glass down press a button, walk away and it fills any size class automatically. It is quiet and energy efficient and the stainless steel really pops in the kitchen.

I like this fridge so far. The best feature is the auto fill. Put a glass under the water dispenser, press auto fill and walk away. This fridge is also very space efficient.

my wife loves this fridge. it wounds funny but not a day goes by when she doesn't tell me she doesn't love this fridge. we got it as an open box with a couple of scratches which can't be seen once it's in the cabinet. it's big and quiet and the features are just the right balance of cool and useful without being cumbersome to navigate and use.

The refrigerator is really nice a lot of space and just the right amount of drawers

Efficient product...no complaints thus far...great brand

I was really impressed with this refrigerator once we set it up. I really like the extra ice maker in the freezer drawer. The thru-the-door ice maker and water dispenser is great too, especially the auto-fill and precise fill.

Only reason I gave 3 stars is because when getting crushed ice it goes everywhere. Doesn't matter how or where you put glass. Have to wipe inset every time. Also called for help when first arrive because no ice was being made. The lady I talked to said I would have to call the store I bought it from instead of referring me to the right department ( did call back and got a very nice person that was able to help me). It runs great and duel ice maker is awesome. Only had for a few months but so far those are my only issue. It looks absolutely beautiful with very sleek design. I only wish the company would creat a replacement part for dispensing ice. It just needs a smaller hole where ice comes out.

Purchased April 22, delivered May 1 2015. The fridge worked fine from May til this week (Oct 14 2015), we actually liked its features and it was convenient in a lot of ways. Until it stopped working completely. Apparently there's a fan that circulated cold air from the freezer to the top part of the fridge. The freezer stayed cold this whole time so we weren't suspicious. It wasn't til about $100 worth of groceries went bad that we noticed it was broken. The fridge's thermostat reads 62 degrees F. This is completely unacceptable. It's costing me time of from work to deal with it. It's costing us lost groceries and meals out since, you know, we need to eat. My wife is pregnant and eating bad food is pretty serious for a pregnant woman. I can't believe I paid $3000+ (tax and protection plan) for such an integral part of home life only to have it completely die. Unacceptable, and I most certainly will NOT be buying more GE products.

i purchased this fridge in Feb,2015 and gave it 4 stars . After 9 service calls from GE, the fridge is history. Ice kept building up in the freezer. GE replaced the blower motor, gasket,tracks and freezer door to no avail. Finally, yesterday (9/1) Ge replaced the unit with a PFH28PSHSS. I wouldn't recommend this unit at all or customer service either. Along with the 9 service calls, 3 were just cancelled or changed without my knowledge. Terrible customer service and a worse product.
