    Do not know how to use the oven! I need material that shows you how to use the oven send me the in the mail I will never buy an appliance again unless they can tell you how to use it!

    It does a good job of baking but 25 minutes to heat vs my Samsung that takes 12 minutes seems excessive. I am going to call to have someone come and check it out. It's nice looking but am disappointed at that feature.
