Worked with Will in the Germantown store who is extremely knowledgeable. However be prepared to be on your own after the sale. It’s virtually impossible to get in touch with anyone at the store when you have an issue. It’s unfortunate but this will be my last purchase from best buy.

Cooktop knobs chromium is peeling off

I reported the issue about knobs chrome finish is started peeling off from the first week onwards. Not satisfied with the product.

It is solid, i am happy. The knobs are as high as grates, so there is concern of hot pots melting them. One burner if turns to low low, turns off.

Great cooktop so far. I havent seen any signs of the knobs melting. Cleaning is a cinch. I love it so far.

This gas stove is not does not do the job!!!

Takes forever to boil water (impossible to cook soft boiled eggs) and heat spreads to the outside of pot and/or pan causing the handle to get super-hot and not cook evenly. Heard so many good things about gas cooktops but this one does not meet my expectations.

Poor Quality Finish

This was installed in my new home construction 2 years ago. Within the first year the finish was peeling off the plastic knobs. Expected a little more from this product than having to replace after 2 years because it looks horrible. It cooks OK though. Feel it should be a bit better for the price. Seems more like a sub $900 Cooktop
