This is my 2nd purchase of this oven. The first one lasted about 11 years before it began having issues. I liked it enough to purchase another one. Besides the fact that it's a huge microwave, it does so many other things from softening butter to sensor cooking food. The speedcooking is amazing. You wouldn't believe the food could be done in such a short amount of time, but it is. Works as a regular convection oven as well. There's just no downside to this machine.

I love this oven. Can't beat the versatility. I love all the presets for everything from reheating a plate of food or bowl of soup to softening ice cream or butter. Powerful, fast, easy to clean!! Love the drop down door!!

I have used the speed cook, convection and microwave modes and all work well. This replaced a built in microwave. Had to make the opening 1/2 higher but very easy install. It looks great! The one negative is that the turntable always turns, even in convection mode. I tried to cook a roast and with a heavy item the turntable does not work properly. Light items are fine.

Replace my GE Profile after 20 years. Love the new slim look and all the features. Can't wait to start cooking.

I had to replace an older unit and was worried about finding a newer unit that would would. Best Buy Website information was very helpful with the products available dimensions and other specs. It was a perfect fit. Satisfied Customer

When our 20 year old Advantium lost its display we were unable to get a new circuit board for it. We replaced with the newest version from Best Buy. It had the same functionality as the old one plus many new features. After almost six months of use, it is working well.

When our 9-year old microwave stopped working, we were happy to find the same exact size to replace it. Would have been a major reconstruction of that cabinet, but the new one just slid right in.

We love this microwave. Only used once as an oven and it worked fine as a second oven when cooking for company. Took a bit to get used to setting time for 15 seconds at a time, but all is great now.

The oven fits very well with our decor but too early to talk about its overall performance. The door does not open properly from day one and hope to have it resolved next week. The installer, a third party vendor, was not cordial and friendly in discussing and explaining the functionality. Best Buy should reevaluate their contract with the installers.

There is definitely a learning curve to this oven but it’s so nice to have two in one and no loss of counter space!

Our 2nd Advantium. The first lasted 14 years and I expect that from the new one. Perfect combination of microwave and true convection oven.

I love this microwave. It was pricey, but it has replaced our toaster oven too.

We like this built-in microwave. We just wish it had more touch pad keys instead of the knob/dial! We got an excellent price on it b/c it was a floor model!

I have only had this installed for about a month since my kitchen remodel so I haven't had a chance to test out all of the options but what I have used has worked great.
