Best thing I have ever bought. This is for the ADHD people who forget to flip the wash. Set it and walk away. I love being able to toss a load in the morning then in the afternoon when I am done with work I just have to fold. Most loads are 2 - 2.5 hours start to finish. The towels and bedding can take up to 4 hours, they are my last load on wash days. No more laundry setting in the washer for days and having to be rewashed. The display is easy to read and simple to follow. The app is nice, you can control the machine from anywhere. I like being able to load the soap and the machine will remind me when a refill is needed.

Good product. I do like the benefit of not having to take the clothes out of the washer and load the dryer. Time to completion can be a bit long but since this is all in one it was about the same amount of time I wasted letting the clothes sit in the washer. I always use the 'more dry' option so that I don't have to worry about the clothes feeling damp. Definitely saves a ton on my energy bill using this though.

The best purchase we've made in a washer dryer machine. Easy to use and sophisticated, the washing and drying quality is unbeatable, top-notch construction and its application is among the best. I highly recommend it.

If you are single or don't have children or pets this combo may work for you. We're a family of 4 with 3 fur babies and this washer/dryer cannot keep up. Loads have to be much smaller than a typical top-loading machine. When we first purchased in November 2023 cycles would typically take 2-2.5 hours. Now we're at 3-4 hours with repeatedly having to dry. Clothes come out incredibly wrinkly-I've never used my iron so much. I clean the lint trap after every use and had it serviced recently due to a pet hair clog. The maintenance person updated the software to include a pet hair cycle, which has made things worse. Everything comes out covered in pet hair and drying is taking forever. Our water bill is crazy because of having to rewash items constantly. I really wanted to love this appliance but my family doesn't understand how to use it and I'm sick of fussing over it. I actually enjoy doing laundry but this unit has made it miserable....for $2500!!

We can understand how upsetting it is when a new appliance doesn't meet your expectations. Considering you are having these issues we would like to offer some troubleshooting tips and recommend that you make sure your pump filter is clean. For wrinkle reduction, we'd encourage lowering the spin speed setting along with washing in cold water and using EcoDry (available in the Menu). Please know that you don't have to use the Pet Hair cycle it isn't required, it is optional. If you continue to have an issue with the drying cycle, please let us know so we can investigate further.

Unit takes a really long time to dry. Maintenance is more complicated than classic units. Purchased 9 months ago, and it's already in need of service. I only do about 10 loads a month. Disappointed. Would go with separate w/d units in the future.

This machine is awesome! It's my first time using a combo and I was skeptical but did a lot of research and read reviews. I was concerned about if this could really dry my clothes and if I'd need to iron to get the wrinkles out. WELL!!!.... my clothes came out chip dry, and the Dewrinkle setting made a dress come out as though I had ironed it....I'm very impressed! The answer to clothes coming out chip dry is to NOT OVERLOAD THE MACHINE! This allows the clothes to have enough space so the hot air can move through and dry the clothes. This concept also applies to regular dryers if you don't want your clothes to come out wrinkled. I came from using one those small apartment stackable machines so I'm used to washing medium sized loads. This washer is about twice as big but I haven't maxed out it's capacity because I value having dried clothes. This machine does take longer to dry though I'm guessing a regular dryer might take about 50min but this one for the same load might take about 75min (25min extra). I bought an out of box unit and couldn't be happier especially with the discounted savings.

I love this combo machine. I had a combo for over 12 years and it NEVER fully dried my clothes. I always had to take them out and hang dry them for a complete dry. Plus my other machine took at least 5 hours for a full wash and dry cycle. This machine is great. It’s working so much better than I expected. Full wash and dry in 2 hours. Now I will say it’s a labor of love with this machine. You HAVE to keep up with the lint. Clean it out after every load. Order a good vent brush to get it out of the vent. Other than that I have no complaints.

This thing is amazing! We had a Samsung front load washer and dryer that were still in good shape, but needed something for our guest house where our two oldest boys live. We decided to give them what we had and get this combo unit because the reviews were so good. We were NOT disappointed! I would like if the dry cycle got the clothes a little bit more dry in the default setting, but the More Dry button gives me clothes that are perfect when the cycle is done. If you’re like us, and wind up washing a load of clothes two or three times because you keep forgetting to move them to the dryer, this is the unit for you! Now, I just slap the clothes in, start it, then come back later when they’re finished. The auto dosing function for the detergent and fabric softener is awesome too! It just figures out how much clothes are in there, then adds what it needs to get everything clean and smelling fresh. I decided I must be old now, because I really feel like this is the best purchase I’ve ever made. I’m not getting paid for this review and we bought the unit ourselves, so this is a fair review. We’ve only had it around a month, so I’ll update if anything changes, but so far, I wouldn’t dream of buying anything else again.

Amazing machine. The only thing which is NOT A problem. But to wash one load now takes a bit longer because the drying at the same time. BUT LOVING the efficiency.

Everything works perfect. I actually really love this washer dryer combo. Best part is you don’t have to have an outside vent. I’ve read a lot of reviews about how lint gets past the filter and can clog up the heat exchanger. I’m being very careful to clean all the lint.

Love this washer/dryer! I’ve had it for 6 months and it’s made everything so easy. It’s easy to clean. The filters and areas to put detergent/softner are right in front. You can pause the laundry in case you forgot to add a piece of dirty laundry. You can change setting over the phone to add more time to wash or dry. It does take longer to do both functions but is more convenient because you don’t have to be gone to switch from wash to dry.

So far so good, have about 15 loads through it and everything has been very good. if you overload it you may need to run it on timed cycle to make sure everything is very dry. super easy to setup, love that i can come back and have the load washed and dried. auto dispensing of softener and detergent is a large plus when you have kids helping with the laundry!

I love this all in one. It’s great for my back problems not having to transfer from washer to dryer. Takes about 3 hours to wash a heavy load I will say if you separate your clothes and do multiple loads of laundry, it may be beneficial to look at two separate units as it does drive a little slower than the traditional dryer, but it does dry well

So far so good the only thing is that it does take awhile, I know it’s doing both washing and drying but I’m used to quick wash cycles that last like 30-45 min and then dry time also like less than 30 min but this washer even on quick cycle it’ll say like 1hr and 30 min and I guess with the sensors sometimes it might take longer but besides the time it takes to wash I have no complaints

Haven’t had this that long but I absolutely love it. I love not having to switch clothes into a dryer, I love the auto detergent dispenser, it holds a lotttt of liquid. Pretty heavy but still compact and fit into my closet space. Clothes have come out dry mostly every time if it needs a little extra time just press “more dry” its simple. Highly recommend.

Love this machine and the only down fall is the filter housing is small so cleaning it out a few times a year isn’t easy. My 11&13 year old can do their own laundry now

We have had this product for nearly a year and so far have had minimal issues. Pros: Serious space saver! No more mildew-y clothes, when you forget them in the washer for 2 days! Auto-dispensing detergent & softener, great for families who don't want to waste product. Cons: Hard to clean lint housing Seal around door can build up with hair/lint easily. Needs more frequent maintenance if you have animals.

I love that I don’t have to switch my laundry from washer to dryer. Live that I do not have to add detergent and softer every time since it has the holding tanks for both. This is amazing.

If you look at the majority of reviews, they are from people who have only owned the unit for just weeks or several months. I would have given it a glowing review 4 months in! We have had it for about 2 years now, and it has been a nightmare. In fact, there is a class-action lawsuit against GE for this unit. About a year in, we started using it only for wash and taking our clothing to dry at the laundromat - now we do both washing and drying there because the unit barely dries at all. We have had a service tech come out several times but to no avail. The unit's primary design flaw prevents users and service technicians from accessing areas that need to be cleaned or serviced. The design of the unit has users interfacing with the lint trap in a particular way - via an extremely narrow 2 inch wide by 7 inch tall slot at the top of the drying unit. The recommended brushes for this unit do NOT address the buildup, nor reach the major buildup spots. You are unable to reach with a proper cleaning or vacuuming tool per the narrow slot mentioned. Most importantly, the amount of buildup of oils and residue, per the closed loop nature of the condenser system, can only be cleaned and removed with efforts beyond a vacuum or brush, requiring the units costly and impractical disassembly. The user manual states "clean inside the filter compartment by removing the filter frame. Use either a vacuum with a crevice tool attachment or the Appliance Brush Set. When cleaning, be careful not to damage or bend the fins of the evaporator which is just inside the area to the right of the opening." Upon first servicing of the unit, said damage to fin was present. Given the design of this unit, it is clear that there is literally no way to clean this unit short of recurring disassembly without knowledge that regular maintenance will cause damage to this unit. Users are being instructed to clean their units and are provided no way to do so without damage occurring due to the access design per manufacturer. The filter compartment does not create a tight seal with the filter itself, which allows fine lint and debris to blow around the filter itself and naturally this clogs and combines with evaporated detergent inside the closed loop of the condenser and its fins. In short, we do NOT recommend this unit.

I am a thorough researcher. I believe you get what you pay for. This is not an inexpensive washer and dryer, so I wanted to make sure it was the best all-in-one unit. I read hundreds of five star reviews on this washer dryer combo and was convinced that there wasn't a better unit available. We've had it now for about a month. In the first week we had it. My wife told me she did 17 loads of wash lol holy smokes! I'm not that ambitious, but I have to tell you I love the convenience of throwing my gym clothes in the washer and pulling them out ready to go. This is super helpful to me also, because I've had 11 knee surgeries, back, neck, and ankle surgery and the additional bending, transferring the wash to the dryer wasn't great. Filter is super easy to clear. Great capacity, king size comforters and sheets no problem. Does a really nice job cleaning too. 5/5. Best Buy was great to deal with also, easy delivery, good sale price and 24 month interest free financing on our Best Buy credit card. Always like to work with other peoples money. Hope this helps!
