GE washer/dryer combo
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love that I don’t have to switch my laundry from washer to dryer. Live that I do not have to add detergent and softer every time since it has the holding tanks for both. This is amazing.

LOVE AND WILL BUY AGAIN
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.HIGHLY would recommend purchasing. We have waited months until writing a review to give a more accurate review. This was such a great purchase. It does operate a little differently than a regular washer or dryer, but it sends information to your phone or (my favorite) it guides you through reminders and what to do on the screen. It holds so much detergent and softener and makes everything so easy. It will take a little bit to get used to the laundry feeling ever so slightly damp but when you take it out and start folding or putting it away, it is totally dry. It works on a regular outlet so you need to have one of those nearby, but you can put it anywhere (like maybe in a closet so your laundry is closer to where it needs to go) because it runs on a regular outlet and is ventless. Would purchase over and over and over again and am planning on getting another one when we renovate our closets / bedrooms.

Disappointed
||Posted . Owned for 9 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Unit takes a really long time to dry. Maintenance is more complicated than classic units. Purchased 9 months ago, and it's already in need of service. I only do about 10 loads a month. Disappointed. Would go with separate w/d units in the future.

Good Combo
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good product. I do like the benefit of not having to take the clothes out of the washer and load the dryer. Time to completion can be a bit long but since this is all in one it was about the same amount of time I wasted letting the clothes sit in the washer. I always use the 'more dry' option so that I don't have to worry about the clothes feeling damp. Definitely saves a ton on my energy bill using this though.

people with pets/children do not purchase!
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you are single or don't have children or pets this combo may work for you. We're a family of 4 with 3 fur babies and this washer/dryer cannot keep up. Loads have to be much smaller than a typical top-loading machine. When we first purchased in November 2023 cycles would typically take 2-2.5 hours. Now we're at 3-4 hours with repeatedly having to dry. Clothes come out incredibly wrinkly-I've never used my iron so much. I clean the lint trap after every use and had it serviced recently due to a pet hair clog. The maintenance person updated the software to include a pet hair cycle, which has made things worse. Everything comes out covered in pet hair and drying is taking forever. Our water bill is crazy because of having to rewash items constantly. I really wanted to love this appliance but my family doesn't understand how to use it and I'm sick of fussing over it. I actually enjoy doing laundry but this unit has made it miserable....for $2500!!

Posted .We can understand how upsetting it is when a new appliance doesn't meet your expectations. Considering you are having these issues we would like to offer some troubleshooting tips and recommend that you make sure your pump filter is clean. For wrinkle reduction, we'd encourage lowering the spin speed setting along with washing in cold water and using EcoDry (available in the Menu). Please know that you don't have to use the Pet Hair cycle it isn't required, it is optional. If you continue to have an issue with the drying cycle, please let us know so we can investigate further.

Love this machine but it’s a line of love!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love this combo machine. I had a combo for over 12 years and it NEVER fully dried my clothes. I always had to take them out and hang dry them for a complete dry. Plus my other machine took at least 5 hours for a full wash and dry cycle. This machine is great. It’s working so much better than I expected. Full wash and dry in 2 hours. Now I will say it’s a labor of love with this machine. You HAVE to keep up with the lint. Clean it out after every load. Order a good vent brush to get it out of the vent. Other than that I have no complaints.

Love this washer/dryer unit
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We have had this unit for 2 years, never had a problem and still love it. So convenient for not having to change loads from washer to dryer. Start a load before going to bed or out shopping and laundry is ready to fold when I am ready.

Great system!
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love this washer/dryer! I’ve had it for 6 months and it’s made everything so easy. It’s easy to clean. The filters and areas to put detergent/softner are right in front. You can pause the laundry in case you forgot to add a piece of dirty laundry. You can change setting over the phone to add more time to wash or dry. It does take longer to do both functions but is more convenient because you don’t have to be gone to switch from wash to dry.

GE Profile washer, dryer, combo
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Everything works perfect. I actually really love this washer dryer combo. Best part is you don’t have to have an outside vent. I’ve read a lot of reviews about how lint gets past the filter and can clog up the heat exchanger. I’m being very careful to clean all the lint.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR $$
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.DO NOT BUY!!!! I have had the washer-dryer combo for eight months, and my initial experience was quite positive. For a family of four, we utilized the unit twice daily, and it consistently delivered clothes that were about 98% dry. A quick shake would often make them feel completely dry. We diligently maintained the machine by cleaning the filter after every load and adhered to all manufacturer guidelines. However, as time went on, the unit began requiring extra drying cycles. Then we encountered an error code so reach out to customer service. The first technician who came to our home was unfortunately unprofessional and dismissive. He even implied that our drying issues were due to a dirty filter, despite my efforts to show him that it was spotless. His focus on unrelated personal anecdotes was frustrating, leaving me feeling unheard and unsatisfied with the visit. After his departure, I attempted to run another small load—only to find it still wouldn't dry properly. The next morning, I contacted customer service again, expressing my concerns about the technician's behavior and competence. The new technician, was a stark contrast to the previous one. He quickly diagnosed the issue as a problem with the heat pump and ordered a replacement part. Unfortunately, the holiday season caused a delay, and it took nearly two weeks for the part to arrive. When the heat pump was finally replaced, the technician put in substantial effort, working diligently for about three hours. However, to my disappointment, the clothes still didn’t dry properly. After reaching out to the company once more, they said we needed another technician visit to confirm that the unit was unrepairable. Well, The technician came out once again, but encountered some communication difficulties with the engineer, which was further frustrating. The engineer was quite rude to the technician. The engineer said we must replace the communication board to the heat pump so they could run a diagnostic so now we are waiting for that part to arrive and we are left without a working washer-dryer combo for over a month, relying on a laundromat. Overall, while the idea behind this unit is fantastic, my experience has been far from satisfactory. Save yourself the trouble—look elsewhere for a more reliable option!

Makes life easy
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love this machine and the only down fall is the filter housing is small so cleaning it out a few times a year isn’t easy. My 11&13 year old can do their own laundry now

Works and dries well if you don't overload it.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This machine is awesome! It's my first time using a combo and I was skeptical but did a lot of research and read reviews. I was concerned about if this could really dry my clothes and if I'd need to iron to get the wrinkles out. WELL!!!.... my clothes came out chip dry, and the Dewrinkle setting made a dress come out as though I had ironed it....I'm very impressed! The answer to clothes coming out chip dry is to NOT OVERLOAD THE MACHINE! This allows the clothes to have enough space so the hot air can move through and dry the clothes. This concept also applies to regular dryers if you don't want your clothes to come out wrinkled. I came from using one those small apartment stackable machines so I'm used to washing medium sized loads. This washer is about twice as big but I haven't maxed out it's capacity because I value having dried clothes. This machine does take longer to dry though I'm guessing a regular dryer might take about 50min but this one for the same load might take about 75min (25min extra). I bought an out of box unit and couldn't be happier especially with the discounted savings.

Amazing combo unit
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This thing is amazing! We had a Samsung front load washer and dryer that were still in good shape, but needed something for our guest house where our two oldest boys live. We decided to give them what we had and get this combo unit because the reviews were so good. We were NOT disappointed! I would like if the dry cycle got the clothes a little bit more dry in the default setting, but the More Dry button gives me clothes that are perfect when the cycle is done. If you’re like us, and wind up washing a load of clothes two or three times because you keep forgetting to move them to the dryer, this is the unit for you! Now, I just slap the clothes in, start it, then come back later when they’re finished. The auto dosing function for the detergent and fabric softener is awesome too! It just figures out how much clothes are in there, then adds what it needs to get everything clean and smelling fresh. I decided I must be old now, because I really feel like this is the best purchase I’ve ever made. I’m not getting paid for this review and we bought the unit ourselves, so this is a fair review. We’ve only had it around a month, so I’ll update if anything changes, but so far, I wouldn’t dream of buying anything else again.

Gets the job done
||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So far so good the only thing is that it does take awhile, I know it’s doing both washing and drying but I’m used to quick wash cycles that last like 30-45 min and then dry time also like less than 30 min but this washer even on quick cycle it’ll say like 1hr and 30 min and I guess with the sensors sometimes it might take longer but besides the time it takes to wash I have no complaints

Great combo for convenience
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This combo is great. I am a person who forgets to switch laundry from the washer to the dryer and now i dont have to worry about that. I will say clothes do come out feeling "damp" but they are dry. Its definitely a humidity thing with the ventless system but they do come out dry. They feel better with the "extra dry" setring. I also lobe the pet hair feature too. Overall a great purchase for me!

Great so far!
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So far so good, have about 15 loads through it and everything has been very good. if you overload it you may need to run it on timed cycle to make sure everything is very dry. super easy to setup, love that i can come back and have the load washed and dried. auto dispensing of softener and detergent is a large plus when you have kids helping with the laundry!

Best all in one on market
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love this all in one. It’s great for my back problems not having to transfer from washer to dryer. Takes about 3 hours to wash a heavy load I will say if you separate your clothes and do multiple loads of laundry, it may be beneficial to look at two separate units as it does drive a little slower than the traditional dryer, but it does dry well
