Pros: plugs into a typical 110v outlet, no need to vent outdoors, auto dispenses detergent and softener, displays reminders to clean the lint traps. Cons: sometimes the clothes feel slightly damp, so I use the “More Dry” option.

Amazing! We have 14 people that live in our house and this has been so much better because we don’t have to worry about forgetting to put the clothes into the dryer. I will say if you’re gonna cram it full of clothes, expect a longer drying time, and I did read reviews to see that sometimes when the dryer is done, the clothes, feel wet but if you pull them out and shake them they’re actually not wet, I love the automatic detergent dispenser. I will definitely be looking for another one on a special deal.

Works great! Easy set up and the app is a nice touch. Didn’t think we would use it, but it’s already come in handy.

This compact combo washer/dryer does a great job. However, the combined washing and drying cycles take longer than conventional washers and dryers. Since everything is combined, you lose the ability to wash AND dry separate loads concurrently. It's OK for just one or two people, but would not be very practical for a larger family.

We really love this washer dryer combo. Its quiet saves space and doesnt need to be vented. There is a bit of a learning curve to use but once you learn its a breeze.

Needed extra space in laundry room. I was looking at the GE all in one for some time. I finally committed. I really got it for the space but man this machine exceeded expectations. Laundry comes out dry as long as you clean the lint filter after every wash. Clothes come out smelling clean and soft. Its quieter than our last washer and dryer. Again no issues so far I would recommend.

I bought this unit hoping to save some space while sacrificing a little bit of convenience. Boy was I wrong! This beast was a surprising miracle device that has tech that will change laundry day forever. Yeah, it takes 2 hours per load, but i'm not stuck at the house for 2 hours to switch machines. I can wash and dry a load and NOT be stuck waiting to swap machines. Thats a HUGE window that allows me to head out and get lunch, shop, etc. When I get back it's washed, dried and ready for round 2 (or 3). A side note, do NOT try and save a buck and install it yourself, this thing is HEAVY.

We love the product! Only downside to it is doing heavy loads/ or really bulky bedding it doesn’t always get it dry on the first go. Have to run just the dryer side twice. Otherwise it works great! We love it. Takes up less space in our house and don’t have to worry about moving stuff over to the dryer. Low on electricity cost too.

Love it will never go back too two machines washes and drys perfectly will get another one if it ever dies love the smart dispense put detergent in and don’t have too worry about 30 loads

I was, as I always am, skeptical of new technology. However, I am pleasantly surprised with this machine so far. I've run about 30 loads and cant find a con, only pros. I was worried because I dont dry all my clothes, no problem, there is a wash only option as well as a dry only option. I also love throwing the clothes in the machine every-night for the family and not having to remember to move it to the dryer. Just one button and the clothes are dry. Love doing this at night and waking up to clean dry clothes. Since you dont need a dryer vent (magical)-you can place it anywhere. Even in your walk in closet (dream come true). I also am impressed with how much detergent and softener this machine can hold. No more messy bottles. And since it uses just the right amount- I am saving money on detergent. No More Waste. I was also skeptical about the microban ring around the front load as my old one use to get moldy dirty and mildewish. But since this dries too- the microban ring stays dry and mold free. It does collect some lint every 12 washes or so but its super easy to remove now. Really awesome invention. I'm glad I bought it and wont be going back to buying separate washer and dryers ever again. Also, I was not paid for this review. This is just my personal experience after buying this at the suggestion of my best buy salesman. We are a house of 4 humans, a service dog and a cat and its working great for us.

Amazing product. The power cord uses a normal outlet and as long as you have a hookup for hot and cold water and a drain, you could hook it up in any riom in the house. Its very quiet, notifies you by phone when your load is finished if you need to leave it unattended, smart dispenses fabric softener and detergent as needed so you all you have to do is load the clothes, hit start and forget it till youre ready to pull them out.

When it is working 'as designed' it's a great unit. However, it rarely works as designed. Any bulky items such as bedding and/or sweatshirts send this combo unit into a series of error messages (Error System Message 8 - Low Water Supply) which ultimately results in the unit not finishing the load and just shutting down. There are a few places in this machine where there is an accumulation of lint and water. These areas are increasingly difficult to access and on one occassion, my wife cut her finger attempting to clear lint from a metal grid behind the lint filter. I purchased this unit 09/2023. This unit is less than 2 years old. I did not purchase the protection plan (shame on me). I contacted GE, as this machine has limited warranties on the motor and the sealed drying system. When I contacted GE, I learned they are LESS THAN WILLING to stand behind their product! They argued with me that I purchased the unit in July of 2023 - even when I told them I was staring at the screen showing my purchase details from Best Buy and then essentially told me they couldn't do anything to assist me in regaining the function of my large appliance that is LESS THAN 2 YEARS OLD! It wasn't until I pointed out that the person from GE had offered to do nothing to find me resolution to my issue. She had her own accounting of the phone call and insisted I said the unit was dead. I again raised question of no way of them knowing the error conditions I am experiencing are tied to the motor or drying system without scheduling a service appointment - AND she hadn't even offered that! Once I said something highlighting this - she was quick to get one scheduled. Terrible customer support experience. BOTTOM LINE: The concept of this unit is decent. We are a family of 5. Being able to start another load of laundry while one is in the dryer is nice. With this unit, a load of laundry takes a minimum of 2+ hours. With a bigger family, this thing runs constantly! Ours has been finicky and hopefully the service call will remedy the issues we are experiencing, but if I were to do it again - I wouldn't or at the very least purchase the protection plan from BB.

Love it. Add a star if you dont mind clothes being a little damp without adding more drying time.

Wife and I really like it. The first reason we wanted to purchase this unit was for the space saving that we got by not having to have another machine in the laundry room. We were able to put a freezer where the dryer use to be. Next was the fact that it dried using a heat pump which should save us a lot on electricity especially since the rate increase. Last but not least it's super convenient not to have to add washing detergent, fabric softener, and swap loads from washer to the dryer each time laundry is done. So far we've owned it for a week and have zero complaints and only positives as of now.

Easy to install, easy to use. It is very heavy though, so taking it up stairs is tuff. Maybe have best buy deliver it and bring it in lol

I love the GE combo washer / dryer. I had a contractor remodel a closet in a very small bedroom for it. At 82 years old i could not manage stairs to the basement washer and dryer. This GE combo works so well i actually love doing my laundry.

Fantastic machine very user friendly and all of the different setting make washing drying your clothes turn out perfect. I love that it is put them in and you do not have transfer. No more forgetting and come home to soggy clothes that need to be transferred to the dryer!!

I love this!! The fact that I don’t have to get up and put the clothes into another unit and it automatically starts drying is amazing. The other thing I love is ease of use with it. The buttons are self explanatory and it sends notifications to your phone depending on the cycle finish options.

Pros: -No laundry switching (really the best feature) -Auto soap/softener dispenser (you don't have to mess w soap for a month -Phone/watch app will alert you when the load is done so clothes don't sit and get wrinkled (very nice feature) - Takes up less space than two units - Uses 110v instead of 22v (energy efficient) - Does not require dryer venting Cons - Definitely louder than my previous washer/dryer set - Because it doesn't vent outside the room it is in will be warmer than if it were a typical dryer. I live in Florida so this is a factor (not a deal brreaker)

this is my 2nd GE profile combo. We have 2 small condos that this works perfectly for. You can customize your wash or dryer load or use what is provided. I am 70 y/o and can figure this out easliy. If my everyday home laundry breaks down, I would never hesitate replacing with the GE profile combo!!!
