Smooth dishwasher for it size

Especially above the silverware basket and plate racks. Tub interior not tall enough for most dishes and bowls. Top rack does works well for the cups and glasses.

I paid over $500 thinking I was buying a good brand and an extra cost. Wrong. I expect these appliances to last for a while and after 3 years the electrical system in it broke and it would not power on the water jets. I had an appliance person come out who is very experienced (over 40 years fixing appliances) and he said the wiring wasn't working. He suggested it would be cheaper to replace it than to have him do it. I'm very disappointed in this unit.

This is Megan at GE Appliances. I am sorry to hear about your dishwasher. Please try a simple reset on the unit by disconnecting from power for one full minute and then reconnecting. If this is not successful I would recommend consulting with a GE Service Technician. GE Technicians work only with our products and may be able to repair your dishwasher in a cost effective way. Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Since purchasing this dishwasher we replaced the rack hardware and had to modify it to prevent the top rack from falling off its tracks. The plastic wheels on the racks have since broken and fallen off. If I could give this dishwasher a negative star rating I would.
