This mixer gets the job done. My whipped cream turns out beautifully as do my cake batters. There is, however, a small problem - this mixer is unbelievably LOUD for the duration of your food prep. Otherwise, it’s a workhorse which I call “ the little mixer that could.” It’s NOT little or lightweight. Buy this mixer today because the price is right when it’s on sale.
