    We also purchased this model due to space constraints. Installed 2-28-18. Worked fine for the first two weeks. Started making very loud buzzing sound when going from wash to spin cycle. Has developed a few more loud noises since that time. Quiet by Design THIS IS NOT. Contacted GE. They contacted Service Tech. Tech said maybe it's the pump. Still waiting for the part to be available. Some unexplained issue with GE Warehouses! A few other inconveniences, lint screen messy to clean. Unless you are doing a small load, water levels are inadequate. For medium loads you need to use Power Wash Cycle. Automatic softener may not be functioning properly as clothes do not feel "conditioned" when done. Best Buy offered to bring a different machine out but wanted to charge another $250.00. I guess we will see what happens after GE Service man gets here, if he ever makes it! VERY UNHAPPY WITH BEST BUY AND GE. .
