Only had this item for a few days but so far so good.

The washer/dryer pedestals have worked out great. Not only do they elevate the washer/dryer for ease of use, but they provide storage for additional items such as detergent, etc. Would definitely recommend.

Love the storage drawer along with heights that it adds to my Washer and Dryer. Less stress on your limbs when loading your front load washers and dryer,

I installed it myself and it seemed easy to do. The drawer is tall, but the back wall and divider is pretty shallow. I forsee items falling out the back of the drawer.

It’s pretty fragile and tents easily, from the price standpoint, I think it’s made cheaply

There is a squeaking noise coming from the dryer. Best Buy did not tell us about an extra knob we need for the steamer, therefore, the installers could not put it on.

This product is an excellent choice. Do Recommend it.

Quality product. Great buying experience. Delivery was very poor. Six appts and several instances of no communication.

Pedestal is the perfect height for my wife and has plenty of storage in the pull out drawer. Good quality material, you cannot go wrong wrong with adding this pedastal

So far so good. I only use the drawer under the dryer for a couple of reasons, but didn't want to trust the heavy washer to not warp the drawer underneath or if it overflows, ruin the detergent. Nice and roomy though and lots of storage.

Plenty of room for cleaning supplies or laundry detergent.

Returned because they made washer too high which made it vibrate too much.

Love the look but when delivered it was damaged from the warehouse. I won't penalize the product because of a warehouse issue! Oh i forgot to mention, it was both pedestals that was damanaged

The item appears to be very cheaply made and the pedestal does not hold the dryer stable. Appears it can not hold much weight in its drawer. I would never put any laundry detergent in the drawer. Just using it for elevation. When originally installed the divider, which is packed and stored under the drawer was not removed prior to installation and the entire pedestal had to be removed to reach it.

Really love this system and the washer and dryer. Only downside so far is that the feet were not locked into place and they will spin themselves out, as 2 of them have done this already. Not too happy about this.

for the price of these darn things, you would expect them to be metal only the box is metal. the drawers are plastic and already broken. they are held on by two little screws on the front, so when you lift the machine there is too much pressure on them and yes we had a professional install them.

Do not buy the washer and dryer without these pedestals. They raise the units to a level that is easily to put in or remove clothes. There is also a lot of space to keep items in these pedestals.

Solid product designs and install as expected for GE

Love the pedestals as they seem a little higher than my previous ones I had on my old washer and dryer.

These look great but that is about it. After installing them, the washer and dryer vibrated so much that the noise was unbearable. I had to purchase some rubber anti-vibration pads to fix the issue. Now one of the units makes a metallic noise when you open it. It only happens when you have a gallon bottle of laundry detergent stored in it which is the purpose of these things. Come on GE.
