Da can’t exchange washer that installer did not leave shipping bolts. Can’t install pedestals without reinstalling shipping bolts, catch 22!

My dryer was install incorrectly and they corrected it and while delivering the item one of them was damaged and they replaced it within the week. Great customer service. And they explain how to work them correctly

I bought one of these from Best Buy and I bought another one from a competitor. They were both broken from the factory. The mounting tabs that hold the cover onto the drawer or destroyed by whoever assembled it. I brought this into the store to see if they could resolve the issue and they told me to call the one 800 number to get just the broken part replaced. I called the one 800 number and they told me to take it into the store. I’m pretty sure the person I talked to was offshore. They did not understand what I was telling them.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.$600 and 5 months later, I finally received these pedestals. It is obvious that they are cheaply made. The drawer only opens 7-8” which is wild considering you can’t even access the other 75% of the contents of the drawer. It seems very flimsy/wobbly/generally not sturdy. If I didn’t need the height for my washer and dryer, I’d return in a heartbeat. In my opinion, these should be sold for half the prices I paid.
