Just bought a computer and was having a very hard time Installing Microsoft Office. Gave the Geek Squad a call and the young man who helped me had the problem solved quickly. Apparently my brand new computer was set in a different country, time zone and language which was the reason I couldnt get this installed. He adjusted everything and the problem was fixed. Very good first time experience with the Geek Squad.
