Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Charles was very helpful with checking our old computer & getting uas a new one. Transfer of info so far so good. When picking up new & old computer...the person that "helped" us could care less gave us the computers without power chords. We called 4 times & left message to let them know & to make sure it was still there. Had to go back to store & even the person that found them had a hard time finding them. Not impressed.
