I took my chrysler to get a sony stereo installed, the same guy who has been doing all the work on my car did it, he was fast and it was profesionally done!!!! fit perfectly!!

I purchased an Alpine head unit and went to the Install Bay and they installed the unit took no more then 45 min. to install...looks great and very professional as well

Installation from this company is claimed to be "expert" well let me explain my experience. I bought a radio and xm unit together and bought the install as well online. I scheduled the install and when I showed up for my appointment I was told that they did not have enough time that day and was rescheduled for 3 sundays after. I went on the next scheduled appointment only to not find the guy who promised to be there but the guy who was there had no idea how to install the stuff in my vette. I asked to talk to the manager who hid from me and I got my money back for the install service that I could not get. Now I have to find a true expert to do the install for me!!!!!

In at noon and out 20 minutes later. All staff was completely knowledgable. Way better than the competition

The audio guy did a super awesome job installing my new deck. He said about a hour and it was 30mins tops!! He showed me how to work it and everything.

Chris was very knowledgeable, helpful & efficient had radio done in 1/2 the time that he said it would take him & the car was left very clean

The value for the installation of a car deck was great. The agents were friendly. It was suppose to take an 1-1.5 hrs to complete it actually took close to 3 hours. The inserts and things that they installed looked amateur, it did not look like it was installed professionally.

Completed the installation in well under the time estimated and at a cost slightly under the original estimate. Friendly service.

They set my deck up wrong. When I had the same setup in my other car it sounded real good. I bought a new car and decided to let them hook it up. I took it to them and they set it up wrong. Had the wires real short and tight and cut real short. It sounded like the factory system I had in there before they added the subwoofers and amp. My deck was supposed to turn the amp off and on and it didnt. If I had it off the subwoofers would still play. And when I turned it on the same sound, nothing extra with bass or anything. Go to another installer. Wasted $450 with these guys.

Andrew was awesome. Installed deck and in-dash alpine amp in a little over an hour. Sounds great....looks great. Great Tech!!!

took forever to schedule my appt. No one answers the phones over there. I also bought my radio online and it wasn't ready when I showed up at the store. This was a week after they sent me an email saying that it had arrived. Additional charges for parts used in the installation. I'd rather have tried to figure out how to do it myself. Don't buy this service.
